Unfortunately, our kids' family had a water leak that caused some turmoil in the schedule... and on New Year's Day, there was a question about whether or not the horses would be available because of weather... AMAZING communication from the company. UNBELIEVABLE empathy when we couldn't re-schedule, and an offer to do the carriage ride. This company now feels like part of the family as they understand the tradition they started just a year ago, but will continue for many years. Turns out the weather changed and we got to go on the trolley, got to take pictures by the horses, and have friends coming to Idaho to share in this experience if they are able. Grandad and Grammy's dream of the perfect new tradition in a new home! What a Christmas blessing this trip has become! Thank you, Clinton and family for making this a dream come true! When we went in for the introductory class on a Saturday, my son was hooked. The owner was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. The facilities were fantastic -- very large, clean and lots of equipment. The owner taught my son the basics, and we went in for three more lessons. My son loved it, and I want to join him next summer because it looks like a lot of fun. Some of the more experienced students were very nice in helping my son with tips and pointers. We completely enjoyed this place and lessons, and would definitely recommend it.

What sets them apart is their after sales support. Months after our original purchases, we came back today needing some help on how to secure the kayak to the roof of our car. This is a fun place to cool off on a hot day. Plenty of parking that lines the pond area so you…read moredon't have to carry things very far to get to the water. There's a nice sandy beach where you can set up your things. If you need it there are shaded and unshaded picnic tables on the pavement and bike racks to lock up your bikes nearby. Lots of ducks and geese so watch for poop bombs but not that bad. Overall a clean park. We noticed scuba divers, fishermen, magnet fishers, kayakers, and lots of paddle boards. The water is pretty clear and clean and is on the cooler side. There are rentals available if you want to pick up a paddle board or bring your own. On the hot summer weekends, get there before 11am because there is little to no parking after noon.
