This is a great place for gifts, plants and flowers. I called to order a delivery for someone who had surgery. The person who helped me sent me a photo of what would be delivered and it was perfect. This is a horrible company. I recently met a woman who I am very interested in. She took a fall, and I tried to send her flowers the next morning so she would know I was thinking of her. Super important. This company did not deliver the flowers. They did not call me. They did nothing other than send an email saying they could not fulfill their commitment. No offer of a refund, nothing. To make matters worse, they man their customer service emails with AI bots, so I wasted my time with a computer program and was unable to find a person to deal with this. They finally called, and I instructed them to issue a refund. They have done nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous. Since I am a lawyer, I am going to file a lawsuit against this company and I am going to report them to the consumer protection agencies. This is simply fraud and it is disgusting. read more

Flowers Plus was all around a great vendor for flowers for my wedding. My first appointment with her was in person and then subsequent ones via phone. This I appreciated as I lived an hour away. I didn't have anything specific in mind, a vision or really any flower knowledge. My wedding was in February at Starved Rock State lodge. I didn't want a Christmas or Valentines day look but wintery and upon the first visit, Emilie was able to capture that look. Emilie is very thorough and responsive. On the wedding day, all the flowers were delivered and the mantel was decorated. Everything was gorgeous. From the mantel, to my bouquet to bridesmaid to junior bridesmaids. The variety of the bouquets, from sticks and pinecones to black velvet roses, ivory, and hydrangeas made it one of a kind which I loved. The flowers were quality as was the actual shop. The price fit into my budget and was reasonable. Overall, great vendor. Would work with them again and highly recommend. Thank you Flowers Plus for helping it all come together. read more

Emilie and the team at Flowers Plus made my wedding day everything I had dreamed of! I went in with a few ideas but no clue on the bigger picture and Flowers Plus took care of it all. Not only were the flower arrangements, bouquets, and boutineers perfect, but they have so many items (jars, wood rounds, table numbers, lanterns) available for rent! They came the day of and took care of EVERYTHING. Walking in and seeing the dining room and reception space for the first time after they set everything up was one of my favorite parts of the day. They had a fabulous store, stocked with amazing products. The staff was fantastic to work with, warm, helpful and accommodating. And their prices are very reasonable too. I worked with Emilie at flowers plus for my wedding. I am not a detailed oriented person so all I went to her with was a general idea of what I wanted for my wedding flowers/centerpieces to look like. She would ask me specific and I would have no answer or no opinion. When I walked into the hall where my wedding was held, it was beyond what I had hoped for. She thought of every detail for the perfect arrangements. She was a lot of fun to work with as well. She is very laid back and accommodating. Emilie took care of everything for us on the day of the wedding too so I didn't have to worry about anything and could just relax and enjoy the day. I have used them a few times and they have always delivered a amazing arrangement. I had an issue with my child not being home when they delivered and they were not going to arrive until the day after. I was heartbroken and a little upset and was not the best customer. I cannot say enough good things about Emilie with Flowers Plus! I will admit, as a cost-conscious bride, I was willing to forgo real flowers. Until just a couple of months before my wedding, I had planned on creating my bouquets using fake flowers and eliminating any sort of floral centerpiece. That was, however, until I met with the absolutely amazing, Emilie, from Flowers Plus. On a whim, I scheduled an appointment with Emilie as so many had encouraged me to use real flowers. I figured that the $30 appointment fee would atleast serve as a good piece of mind when I created my own bouquets for far less than what a florist would charge. Boy, was I wrong. One step into Flowers Plus is almost enough to make one realize how vitally important flowers are to a wedding, and if one chat with Emilie isn't enough to persuade you then nothing will. When I first met with Emilie, she asked what I envisioned and I'm pretty sure my response was something along the lines of, "light pink but not perfect looking." It must've taken a genius to figure out what I wanted yet Emilie most definitely did. After an hour long meeting, she had determined what I wanted and then worked her magic. I let her know of my strict budget, which she stayed within, and she worked with the few changes that I proposed along the way. While I probably shouldn't admit it, I am definitely not a flower lover nor a sentimental person. However, out of the very few things that I have saved from my wedding, my bouquet and my husband's boutonniere have been set aside. I absolutely LOVED my flowers and loved the fact that Emilie took everything that I said and made it all work together. She was amazing to work with as she somehow figured out exactly what I envisioned and pieced it all together. The bouquets that she made for my bridesmaids and I were out of this world, the corsages made for all of our special women were beautiful, and the boutonnieres were simple yet stunning. Not only were the arrangements that Emile made gorgeous but she was also an absolute joy to work with. To any bride searching for the perfect florist, you cannot ask for a better florist than Flowers Plus! read more
