I was so disappointed in the quality considering the picture that was on the florist's web site. My sister took the arrangement back to the florist after first calling them the next morning. The florist at the front wanted to know what she was supposed to do about the flowers. My sister said she was quite rude about replacing the already wilted flowers. The florist did put new flowers in the bouquet and took out the enormous amount of greenery. I ordered local to support small businesses, but I certainly will be taking my business somewhere else.

The prices alone are worth a drive from Bloomington. Bringing the kids here is also a lot of fun. The employees have always been nice and helpful when I'm there, even when I didn't buy anything. After a tornado ripped our town apart Lori's Kitchen Store held 2 free cooking classes for tornado survivors. At each class she surprised EACH person a huge basket, worth hundreds of dollars, of kitchen products! It was just like on Oprah!! Everyone was crying and so grateful. It was the most amazing thing. This is a local small business that I will definitely shop at again!
