The technician, Dustin, thoughtfully called to let us know he was running a few minutes late, and he arrived exactly when predicted. He did a thorough inspection and magically got the oven working as it should again, without having to replace any parts. I'm putting BK Appliance Repair into my contacts now in case any other appliance issues come up.
