When you need a dependable local business, don't call Clinton Floral…read more I placed a same-day order with Clinton Floral after an unexpected family death. I received an order confirmation and saw a pending charge on my card, so I assumed everything was fine. A week later, I found out the recipients never received anything. When I called the shop to ask what happened, the call was answered unprofessionally with a curt "Hello?" and silence. Once I confirmed I had the right business and provided order details, I was met with rudeness and a condescending tone. They claimed there was a payment issue--despite the pending charge on my card--and said they tried to contact me. I received no email, no call, nothing. Their failure to follow up meant the grieving family never received the intended support, and the owner's dismissive, unprofessional attitude made it worse. Even if payment issues arise, basic communication and courtesy are non-negotiable. Sadly, Clinton Floral seems to operate as if being the only local option gives them a pass on professionalism. It doesn't. I won't be using them again--and I'd strongly recommend you don't either.

They contacted the funeral home to get the right measurements, put together a beautiful arrangement, delivered it to his grave and sent me a photo. These guys couldn't have been nicer, their charge was extremely reasonable, especially since I had give them a dollar limit and they kept it well below. My family will be using them from now on. Recently, she purchased a GE washer and dryer from your store and she is very disappointed in the pair. The washer doesn't fill completely and it rattles during the spin cycle. My mom was told that is normal and she has some styrofoam piece to use when it gets off balance. I think this is ridiculous that one has to balance a washing machine. She wanted to return the pair, but was told it was past their return policy. I understand this, but considering what a loyal customer my mom has been over the years, you would think Clover Hills could help out. I would not recommend buying anything from them!!!

When I found a hand painted quilt top I had put away I knew I wanted Laura to finish it for me. If I could still quilt my own wall hanging I would have wanted this horse head drawn and enhanced not just an over-all background quilting done. I explained that to Laura and she understood my vision. She returned the finished piece quickly. It was all I could hope for and beautifully done. Cost was what I expected for the amount of stitching that was done, very reasonable. I knew Laura was talented, skillful, and understanding. This was proven by her work. I would recommend her work to anyone who wants a beautiful quilt done with love and care. Please let her express her artistic insight and create a one of a kind quilt for you.
