They contacted the funeral home to get the right measurements, put together a beautiful arrangement, delivered it to his grave and sent me a photo. As I live in the Seattle area I have not seen the grave stone. These guys couldn't have been nicer, their charge was extremely reasonable, especially since I had give them a dollar limit and they kept it well below. My family will be using them from now on. I spent time on the phone with the florist (I am from Dallas) and specifically said what I was looking for. I noted numerous times in our conversation that I hated carnations and daisies and did not want them in the arrangement. I also mentioned that I wanted blue and purple flowers. I was extremely specific of what I wanted and how it should look. On Mother's Day my mom sent me a picture of the arrangement thanking me but it was nothing like I asked. The arrangement was mostly white with yellow and maybe one purple flower. I was very disappointed and called the florist to ask about this confusion. They said that the blue and purple flowers were not in stock and very expensive. When I spoke with the company to order I gave no budget and said I would pay what I needed to get what I had envisioned. They quoted me a price and said it would be a very nice arrangement. Needless to say, I was not pleased. They did bring out a new arrangement that was better but still not what I wanted.

I received an order confirmation and saw a pending charge on my card, so I assumed everything was fine. A week later, I found out the recipients never received anything. When I called the shop to ask what happened, the call was answered unprofessionally with a curt "Hello?" and silence. Once I confirmed I had the right business and provided order details, I was met with rudeness and a condescending tone. They claimed there was a payment issue--despite the pending charge on my card--and said they tried to contact me. I received no email, no call, nothing. Their failure to follow up meant the grieving family never received the intended support, and the owner's dismissive, unprofessional attitude made it worse. Even if payment issues arise, basic communication and courtesy are non-negotiable. Sadly, Clinton Floral seems to operate as if being the only local option gives them a pass on professionalism. It doesn't. I won't be using them again--and I'd strongly recommend you don't either.

She was easy to communicate with throughout the planning process and very straightforward (and reasonable) with her pricing - we didn't have any surprise add on costs! On our wedding day she was punctual and did a great job setting everything up at the venue herself. We had bud vases on the tables, a few arrangements throughout the ceremony and reception space, and she supplemented the arch at the vineyard with extra greenery and flowers (picture below!). My bouquet was beautiful and just what I envisioned after showing her inspiration pictures as well as our color scheme. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and quality of work.
