In my research I came across a Pink Clover location on island, which lead me to look into their other locations in California, and on their website I saw that they offered a tropical Bird of Paradise arrangement that matched perfectly with what I was looking for. The process of ordering the arrangement and setting a delivery date was super easy and fast. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process with confirmation emails and updates. The morning of the delivery I was contacted by Julia who texted me a photo of the final arrangement and asked if it looked good, and I thought it was amazing! It was an even fuller arrangement than the sample photo and they incorporated so many beautiful flowers including a base of Ti Leaves which I thought really added to the look I was going for. The arrangement arrived and was received with much joy. They thought it was beautiful! Placing your faith and money into a business blindly on the internet is a bit scary, especially when you're sending a gift for a meaningful and important occasion. She was responsive and open to the changes and questions I had leading up to the wedding and I really appreciated her expertise in some of the things I was unsure about. I received a confirmation email and everything and I was excited that I took care of it! The next day I called to confirm the order, since I ordered after hours. The phone went straight to voicemail, which I thought was really strange. I looked on the website again to confirm the hours and days open and they should have picked up the phone. So then I start to stress a little bit but I was hopeful that they would call me back in the next couple of hours. I tried calling them three other times that day and the phone kept going straight to voicemail. I even went through their website and emailed them and not once was I contacted and my best friend never received her flowers but my credit card was conveniently charged for the service. This is absolutely insane! Are you out of business? If you are take your website down and stop taking peoples money! I still haven't received a call back or an email back and my friend still is not received her flowers. It was extremely important for me to get her flowers the next day, and the website said next day delivery and I pick the date and it never showed up.
