I placed an order on Valentine's Day for a floral arrangement for my daughter. The website stated that they had availability for same day delivery. The flower shop is across the street from my daughter's apartment. LUCKY ME...NOT...because apparently they were behind as a result of the snow storm and my order was not delivered. When I called the flower shop on the 15th I was asked if I still wanted delivery, I said yes, until... I asked why I was not contacted when they realized they would not be able to accommodate my order. I could have made other arrangements. Ordered flowers for a Friday delivery for a special occasions. When they did not arrive by 2pm I started calling and leaving messages. When I arrived on Saturday at 1:30pm they still had not arrived...note that the event was on Friday. Around 3pm there was a knock on the door. When answered a vase that as overflowing with water and a soggy card appeared on the doorstep. Needless to say an epic fail. Contacted the florist (after 4 tries with a recorded message finally got a person) on Monday and was told..."delivered at 8pm on Friday nite". They were not. Asked for a refund. Because I was Ill, my boss sent me a poinsettia. Sutton delivered it after dark, and left it on my front doorstep. The driver did not bother to ring the doorbell and it was not discovered on my step until 11:30 p.m. on one of the coldest nights we've had in a long time. The Poinsettia was destroyed. The bouquet was delivered to a restaurant nearby and there was some confusion on the restaurants end. Very disappointed, I just filed a credit card dispute. On 10/14 at 9:30 am, I called Flowers by Sutton and ordered flowers to be delivered to a New Rochelle address (Scarsdale zip code) . I pointed out the arrangement I wanted in a pretty glass vase and asked that it be made a little larger. The arrangement had purples and reds. I was asked what colors my friends liked, I said purples and reds and blue. I specified that it HAD to be delivered on 10/16 before 12 pm, I was told it would be no problem. It was my friend's 60th anniversary and we were not able to attend a surprise party that was being given to them, so I wanted to send some special flowers. I knew they had to leave before 2pm. By 1pm that day when the flowers were not there, I called and spoke to Jennifer, who told me she did not know why they were not delivered, but would call the driver. They were not delivered until after 3pm and when they were delivered, it was an orange and yellow arrangement in a pumpkin. The doorbell was not even rung, they were just left on the doorstep in the rain. A big storm was expected. I saw a picture of the "pumpkin" online and it was $25 less than the arrangement I ordered, plus I was charged for delivery, although the website says free delivery for New Rochelle and when I placed the order, I explained that it WAS a New Rochelle address (there are lots of Scarsdale Zip Code addresses that are New Rochelle.) I called and said I was going to dispute the charge and was told that was fine. They didn't know why it was late or the wrong item. I called again the next day and 2 days later, each time I was told I would be refunded. No refund was made. So, the item (which was timely, I wanted to surprise them before they left) was not delivered on time, no explanation, they never called me. They delivered the wrong thing, just dropped it at the door without ringing the bell, overcharged me and never issued the promised refund, even though they asked for my credit card number and info 2 times. The two people I spoke to were Jennifer and Julia. Jennifer promised she was putting in the refund immediately 5 days ago. My bank has not gotten anything. My initial conversation with Mildred was a pleasant one. Unfortunately, what she directed me to on her website wasn't what I received. When I called to advise her, she initially had an attitude but then offered to replace the plant with one that was more reflective of what I had paid for. When I called back to say that the replacement had never been received, she told me that she was going to issue a refund because she didn't want to be bullied and proceeded to hang up on me. I'm not a business owner but it would seem to me that it would've been more logical to replace the plant than to lose a customer. I'm not sure how anyone thinks they can stay in business by verbally attacking customers but I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Future Brides , stay away!If I could get this place zero stars, for wedding related things I would. I came across them because the venue that I am using recommended them, and it was the biggest mistake. For starters the day I went to make my order, it was not professional. The lady that took my order rushed me in a sense, did not look at one inspiration picture of mine, and even told me I didn't need certain things that I asked for. That was on December 3, fast forward to January when they were supposed to make an example of the arrangement they would make for my wedding, they canceled on me multiple times, and then told me that they would reach out after Valentine's Day because they were busy. After the Valentine's Day passed I reached out to schedule something but in between Valentine's Day and last week they canceled on me multiple other times a total of eight times, and on three ocasiona I showed up and the arrangement wasn't complete, or they ended up telling me that the flowers didn't in arrive to make my arrangement. Their excuse is always that the flowers have not arrive so I continue to give them the benefit of the doubt., regardless of the fact that i would see them having flowers in the fridge. On top of the fact that they always canceled on me seven out of the eight times they called me 30 minutes before my appointment when I was on my way, or about to be on my way. Once I told one of the workers I was canceling my order the person I originally spoke to said that he would have the manager call me back to kind of not cancel anything until I spoke to her and he was sorry for the inconvenience. More than 24 hours passes and they didn't reach out so I called to cancel. When I asked for my refund on a Tuesday, they said for me to go on the Friday to get my money in cash. When I got there on Friday they had already gone to the bank, according to them and were unable to provide me with my refund in cash. She then told me that she will give it to me on my card, but didn't even have printer paper to do the transaction for the refund. They then tell me to call back on Saturday and give my card information over the phone, and when I called, no one answers, and then when I texted the lady at the shop said for me to send her a picture of my card. I didn't wanna do that, I don't trust him at this point so I went ahead and told her that I will call her to her on the phone and she ignored my calls and multiple text messages, which she would see and ignore. So to this moment they have not reached out to me, so I already contacted my bank and made a report for them to file a dispute regarding the money I gave them that they have yet to give me, please stay away, they're just gonna give you headaches. read more

I was sent flowers for Valentine's Day. The weather had been bitterly cold, so I was told to expect them by the sender. I got up that morning, and went to check the step, to see if it needed salting. The flowers had been left there. No one had rung the bell or knocked. When I removed the plastic film around them, I discovered that the bottom of the vase was frozen, and the flowers were just mush. Even the card is not professional looking at all. It didn't have the florist's name on, just the number. I had to trace them by the number.
