When my mom unexpectedly passed away in May the funeral home my family was working with said they used Flowers by Paulann. We didn't have any idea on casket flowers or arrangements or ideas or anything so we just told them colors and types of flowers mom liked. We were BLOWN AWAY the day of mom's services. This place NAILED IT! On top of that the flowers lasted almost 2 weeks! When a co-workers mother passed away in October I said we needed to go to Paulann. I ordered the flowers online and after I placed the order I was afraid they wouldn't arrive in time (I had never ordered flowers before). I called the office and was assured by the most sympathetic of employees that the flowers would arrive in time. Not only was the customer service beyond expectation but the arrangement that arrived to the services ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING! I was so impressed I personally called to thank them. Not only for the beautiful arrangement they did for my mom and co-worker but for the customer service in general. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR FLOWERS but Paulann. You won't be disappointed! I would give 10 stars if I could. read more

I cannot recommend this flower shop enough! I walked in looking for the perfect Valentine's gift and was blown away by the level of service I received. The staff was incredibly helpful, not only in helping me select a gorgeous arrangement of flowers but also in recommending a beautiful plant to go along with it. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave thoughtful suggestions that made the gift extra special. What really impressed me was how accommodating they were with arranging a delivery time. My schedule has been all over the place, but they worked with me to ensure everything would arrive at the perfect time. It's rare to find a place that genuinely cares about making your experience stress-free and enjoyable. If you're looking for stunning flowers, unique gift ideas, and top-notch customer service, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be back! read more
