I always call in the morning and its ready in just a few minutes! I've only ever requested small orders but the owner is incredibly nice and accommodating. I am so impressed with Flowers by Paulann! They provided incredible customer service and saved Mother's Day! I placed an order to be delivered the Saturday before Mother's Day. In spite of a delivery confirmation, the flowers never arrived. I called. Their records said that that the delivery man had left them on the front porch and they recognized that the flowers had been stolen! They quickly kicked into action. They immediately took another arrangement to the recipient. No one came to the door again. Rather than leave the flowers, they called and made plans to take the flowers back to their shop and have them picked up. I ordered a boutonnière for my sister over the phone and was told that she could pay for it in store the next day when she went to go pick it up, but the lady had to get my credit card information in case we didn't pick it up and so they could have my card info on file. When my sister went to pick it up the next day, she was told she didn't have to pay and that they already charged my card. I called the store and they basically said they can't do anything about it. Soooo, they made the mistake and they refused to do anything to make the customer happy. My first and last time doing business here. read more

I came here for a big flower arrangement for my Mom on Mothers day. Only to find out that she didnt resive what I paid for. First of all the flower arrangement was alot smaller that what I wanted second I ask for the Mylar bolloom to say happy mothers day in spanish, didnt happed it was in english. I called to speek with the owner and apparently she was out for vacation didnt know when she will be back. After calling for more than 10 times i finally spoke to the "owner" witch she did not apologise for the long time i had to wait for someone to return my call. The owner told me she couldn't do nothing for me, that to much time has passed by and she could no longe do anything because she didnt know who took my order or who made my arrangement. I told her i have my recipe but that didnt help for nothing. Im so over this but will say I will never return to this flower shop! Very unprofessional! read more
