My order confirmation says they were supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Was just trying to brighten up a loved ones day! Hence why I wanted them delivered on Saturday! The flowers were $70 this included the $15 delivery charge. Saturday night comes around and these flowers are still not delivered! Since Saturday I have been trying to get ahold of them; one minute it will ring and go to the voicemail and the next it says "welcome to Verizon this phone is disconnected" I have left several voicemails. Let's rewind to today 4/12/2022; I had a gentleman call me trying to find the house. We went back and forth somehow his invoice says that they are to be delivered today and mine says they will be delivered on the 9th. I told him I would pay $35 to have them delivered today; he huffed and puffed and said do you know how expensive these are and the deliver fee alone is $15. I said I'm not paying $70 for flowers that were supposed to be delivered on Saturday which was almost 4 days ago! He had the audacity to ask me what had happened and made the comment saying "what this person is just all better now" I lost it! He had no reason to ask or judge what was going on. We came to the agreement that he was not delivering the flowers and I was getting my money back. I mentioned that I wanted written confirmation of the money being put back into my bank account; she then said what do you think we are going to steal from you...well you currently have the flowers and my money. He says fine it might not be today I said fine I'll keep calling until the money is back in my account. We hang up! Not even 10 minutes later he sends me a picture of the flowere delivered on the front porch! At this point I'm boiling because I'm so upset at how I was treated now he is delivering when that wasn't what we agreed on. I end up calling him back and asking why the flowers were delivered. He states that I didn't want them to go to waste and we will again to take some money off! And that we had agreed on taking $20 off. I said no I told you I would pay $35 for the flowers to be delivered today and he couldn't agree on that but now takes it into his own hands and delivers them anyways when I'm thinking I'm getting $70 back not $20 or $35. He then tells me well you are very shallow not to want to send these flowers to someone...I said excuse me I'm shallow and he returns with yeah your f****** shallow if you can't pay the money! He HANGS up on me! So guess what...I call him back! I said how do you not know that I didn't have other flowers delivered already from a different company! So you don't get to sit here and tell me I'm a shallow person because your website is messed up and you weren't willing to work with me the first time! I said I want my full $70 back and no flowers DELIVERED...he says fine now I have to go back and get these flowers!!! I said that is your problem I never agreed to have them delivered since they are being delivered 3 -4 days after! I will keep calling until I get my money back! This has been thee worst I have ever been treated and I will make sure everyone hears from me about how bad the service was! I could never imagine treating someone the way he did! I bought it on Sunday and 4 days later (Thursday) the inpatients in it had died. It's surrounded by beautiful blue Laguna which is what attracted me in the first place. When I called, I was talking with an employee who wasn't sure what to do so she put me on hold and someone else came to the phone. This woman's tone was harsh and she came into the conversation with me rude right out the bat, when I gave her feedback she got defensive and told me she didn't what was going on so she needed to know the story. (Odd seeing as I was on hold and maybe they could have communicated to each other before she picked up the line) either way, she asked me to send her a picture...so I did (I'll insert below) she told me the plant was overwatered... weird because I've watered it 3/4 days and decided to take a 1 day break to see if that was the case, when I explained it to her she said well "he's saying then it's under-watered." Who is he? Why is there a round about answer? I'm frustrated. For the record I'm 27 and have never left a review in my life but I felt compelled.

I was a little shocked to see that there were no Yelp reviews yet. If you're looking for a nursery with a huge variety of beautiful plants -- this is it. 1) They also have interesting, unusual, and rare varieties. 2) The plants are well cared for and beautiful. 3) The prices are all reasonable. 4) Veteran owned! Support a local business and a vet. I counted at least 8 greenhouses. Not all of them are open to the public. It depends on when you get there during the season and what's going on. They also have a gigantic quantity and variety of mulch. My only gripe is the payment procedure. The payment area is not clear. It's inside the 2nd, south side (or left side) greenhouse. When it's busy, it's confusing. There's no clear area for waiting & forming a line, and the workers seemed a little overwhelmed. We brought Beau in to help put the area back in order and beautify our home. He did not disappoint! From design to implementation this service has been absolutely stellar. He came up with gorgeous options with attention to my needs and desires. Then, when it came time to do the hard work, his team was quick to schedule, diligent in performing meticulous work and left the area immaculate (not to mention stunning). Our whole family has had permanent ear-to-ear grins and we plan to have more work done by Elk River Nursery as soon as possible. Just a couple more comments - as you all know, this season has been unkind to construction crews of all kinds but in particular those who work outdoors given all the rain and heat we have experienced, Beau and his team were so accommodating with scheduling and always made me feel like my project was the most important in their to do list.
