And the place that used to deliver flowers I sent to myself to high school...whatever, I never did that! haha Every year for my grandmother's birthday I send her flowers. After a few not-so-good experiences with the flowers from other internet places, I started calling Fairview Florist directly. When I call they are friendly, courteous, take down all my info, suggest an arrangement, write what I want in the card, and deliver it in a timely manner. They even ask how the weather is down in Dallas and sometimes the person answering the phone knows me and asks how my parents'n'em are doing. When the arrangement arrives my grandmother is always thrilled and says they look beautiful. If Fairview Florist can satisfy my 91 year old spitfire of a grandma, they can surely satisfy your floral needs in Fairview!

The florist changed owners a couple of years ago and the service, flowers, reasonable prices went with the previous owner. I send my mother flowers every Valentine's Day. I ask the person that takes my order how the arrangement will look and I am told how elegant and beautiful it will be. Last year I was never so disappointed with what she got. You could barely see it and my fist was bigger than the whole thing in a candy dish, as well as pricey. I was hesitant to go back to them this year. With the florist being in Fairview I thought I would give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE. I called the day before and spoke to Walter, told him about experience and he sured me the arrangement and size would be beautiful (just as I was told before). It was $20 more than previous owner price. I thought if flowers were as pretty as described it would be worth it. As Valentine's day went by they had not arrived. I was not concerned about that since it was a very busy day. Then about 4:30 my mother called to say she received the flowers but they are not hers. Thinking they put the wrong name on the envelope she looked inside and saw they were definitely from someone else. I called the florist and got Walter again told him what happened and he said he will call the truck and swap the flowers. By this point and after last years experience I was very upset. Not only was the flowers not up to par, the customer service, Walters attitude was not customer friendly. I told Walter I was very disappointed in the last 2 yrs purchases and would not be using this florist again. He said ok and did not offer any apologies or a discount for the inconvenience. I work in retail and when something like this happens our clients are happy before the transaction is finished and deeply discounted for their inconvenience. I enjoyed doing business with the previous owner and regret they are no longer with the florist. The previous owner was always customer accommodating, extremely reasonable, and the flowers would look like the person said they would. The flowers always got great compliments from my mother's co workers. NOW THEY ARE A DISAPPOINTMENT AND I WILL NOT USE THIS FLORIST AGAIN. Very Disappointed Kathy B.

Hands down one of my go to florist in Nashville. I've used the White Orchid on numerous occasions…read morethroughout the year and I can't rave about them enough. The service is exceptional and pricing is on par with what you would expect from a florist of this caliber. A few things to highlight are floral quality and hydration along with special delivery touches. My arrangements have always been properly hydrated to ensure longevity and if requested they take additional steps to send a photo of the arrangement once delivered. These are HUGE selling points in my opinion and a true signed of a great florist.
