What a great florist shop. First, their selection of an arrangement online was fantastic, well priced and easy to order. I loved the add ons offered for chocolates, balloons and stuffed animals. Really unique. They also offer video greetings with the delivery instead of just a card. Another great idea. The flowers they delivered were exquisite. I am very disappointed with these florists. We paid $70 to have these flowers delivered at the end of June to my grieving best friend for a SYMPATHY arrangement. Their website did NOT state that this was a mother's day leftover with a "mom's day" reference on the vase (nor were their any photos online showing words on the vase). Also, the website states their photo is the standard option which we bought, but there were hardly any flowers in the vase at all as one can see from the photos. In conclusion, beware of the false photos and missing information on their website. read more

Because of a sudden death We were looking for a florist in the area of Camarillo , We had seen a special flower arrangement on the internet that we really liked and were looking to have it made up for the funeral . unfortunately they unable to do what we were requesting but they did recommend flower power and said they could probably do it anyone could , I thanked them for their recommendation then I called flower power and sent them a picture and they said no problem ! I gave them the rest of the info and they came through in a big way It was fantastic and just what we had asked for and even better ! The price was very reasonable and they were very courteous and easy to work with , I was calling from Michigan and was not sure who to ask about our wishes but we couldn't have been more pleased !!! My fiancé surprised our moms and me with flowers delivered for Mothers Day. He usually uses another company, but decided to try someone local (totally for!) That morning, the flowers received were a mix of dying, dried out, and on there way there. Only one of the flower type were thriving. However, most had brown on the edges already. I didn't want to say anything as the effort was there, but when I mentioned this to my mom she said hers were the same way! For the amount of money you pay, I'd anticipate the flowers should be able last more than 2 days. Total bummer :/ glad to see others have had better luck though with their arrangements.. read more

The flower arrangement I ordered was $120 delivered. It was without a doubt the worst arrangement I've ever seen. No greenery amongst the flowers, no bow on vase, all you saw was the stems of the flowers, randomly stuck in vase with no design intended. I called and complained and was told they don't use bows it takes away from the flowers. HUH!! I would not recommend this florist to anyone read more

Very disappointed with this service. As you can see in both pictures attached, the photo of the flowers I ordered are full, beautiful and include a white ribbon. The flowers that were delivered to my recipient simply don't compare and there is no ribbon. Cindy sat down with my daughter and I to discuss the flowers for her wedding. My daughter had a specific vision in her mind of what she wanted the arrangements to look like. Unfortunately some of the flowers she wanted in them were out of season and costly to use if she had insisted. Cindy assured us she would do her best to replicate the flowers and felt she had a good idea of what we wanted. When the flowers arrived we were in awe! They were absolutely stunning! Disappointed :( I ordered flowers and chocolates for my sister's birthday and selected next day delivery. Check out was easy and there was a nice selection to choose from. I found out that the flowers did not arrive and had not received a call regarding delivery. The following morning they called to tell me the delivery person couldn't find the address. We confirmed that I had given them the correct address (including an apartment number), which was the apartment complex across the street from the house they went to. Little investigation at the time of delivery would have remedied the situation, which leads me to question my confidence in the business. I would have expected to get a partial refund, at LEAST the delivery fee, but that has not happened. I give 3 stars as my sister eventually received the overpriced flowers but was disappointed with the delivery. read more

My husband ordered me a dozen red flowers for our,anniversary to be sent to my job and they sent white roses by mistake so they said they would deliver red same day.when I got red ones delivered they looked like they were dying. They never apoligized. My husband canceled to let them try a third time. He ended up going elsewhere so it wasn't good service. They also left returned flowers at my job and still havent picked them up. My anniversary ended up being an emotional day because of bad service. Update! She's so awesome and helpful! After my assistant couldn't grab the corsages from our regular florist we use for weddings (in Highland park) we went with flower power because of it's convenience to Camarillo Ranch! She was helpful and quick; and even told me that I could bring in my rustic lace ribbon to use.
