Ordered for same day delivery. It couldn't be done, so I was told I would receive an upgrade for the inconvenience. I had originally ordered the most expensive arrangement. The flowers received were no where near the size I ordered, the roses already had brown edges, daisies were drooping, the shade of roses didn't compliment the arrangement, and there was a cheap red ribbon tied around the vase. The flowers themselves were beautiful and thoughtfully arranged. No complaints there. However, the delivery experience was disappointing. The young lady delivered the flowers and simply left them sitting outside the closed gate, snapped a picture like an Uber Eats delivery, and drove off. There was no attempt to call the phone number listed on the card or make sure the flowers were actually received. Thankfully, I happened to be looking out the window. While she was still parked in front of the gate, I opened it, but she continued backing out and waved as she left. People spend hard-earned money on floral arrangements, and taking a few extra minutes to ensure the product is properly delivered really matters. My daughters new baby passed - so a very stressful time. the flowers for the funeral were attempted to be delivered the day after! what was delivered was a moldy basket missing half of the greenery pictured and what was there was wilted and dying possibly from riding in a hot vehicle for 2 days. after calling the shop the arrangement was truly reflective of the employee and owner. could not recommend. Any type of floral arrangement is expensive so not getting what you pay for is unacceptable. read more

Owner did not hear a word I said what I needed in my daughter's baby shower corsage. First, I should had listened to my instincts when ordering how rude she was acting and seemed to be bothered. I should had walked out. I picked up a "funeral wreath" corsage...it's heavy and just rolls around my arm it's so big and heavy. I tried to explain I wanted small and dainty. Absolutely awful experience and they ruined our Easter gift for our family.. Ordered through 1-800 Flowers and they assigned this florist. What I ordered versus what I got wasn't even close. Was supposed to be a short arrangement for a table with PASTEL colors and eggs. What I got was a mess of cheap statice, maroon carnations....???, bright colored eggs, dark gold roses and a tall clear vase showing nasty stems. Hardly the elegant and lovely low arrangement in the picture that we wanted for their Easter table. If you can't get even close to the picture, then don't fulfill the order. It was embarrassing to have these delivered to our family for the holiday. Called 1-800 Flowers, got a refund and the horrible flowers are on the porch after this florist called our family members to put them there for pick up. At the least, they owe them and me an apology for this entire mess. read more

Went to the business to find out if flowers went out. It was difficult to understand the broken English. Delivery confirmation should be prompt. I am disgusted with this flower shop. I received a dozen roses from my boyfriend. The roses barely arrived when the petals from the roses began to fall off. I can't imagine how old the flowers were as generally roses from a florist shop last a week or two, not begin to lose petals immediately. There was no card included but instead the message was typed and printed out on sheet paper. Please read the other reviews, I'm sure you will choose another florist. Many BAD reviews. read more

I love this place! I've been ordering flowers from these people for about a year and thought it was time to finally express my pleasure and gratitude with them. They deliver top quality flowers and ALWAYS on time! That's been a problem with other florists. Their customer service is above par and extremely courteous. Only once was there a hiccup on one order. There was not an exact match for my bouquet but the owner herself called me and I was actually happier with her recommendation than my original order!! The owner is Russian and she is a beautiful example of entrepreneurship in America! Although the accent is heavy, her English is perfect. If you want flowers ------- order from Flower Jazz! I placed an order a month prior to my event. I was told there would be an extra charge since it was Mother's Day weekend, which I thought was an error and I questioned that. When I went home, I checked the calendar and realized it was not Mother's Day weekend. I called several days later to cancel the order and was promised a refund. No refund processed, so we went to the location to discuss this. They refused to refund my money, stating there was a non-refundable $15 special order fee, that they had failed to mention before. They said it was too late to cancel- 3 weeks before the event. Their excuse for this poor communication and service was that they "don't speak good English." Unbelievable. We reluctantly agreed to the partial refund and it still took over a week for them to process the refund. read more

WOW is all I have to say... Whatever you do, if you want a good experience, choose another flower shop! Someone placed an order for flowers to be delivered to us on a Friday. Unfortunately, the person sending the flowers did give the wrong address but the driver was told to bring the flowers back on Monday bc no one from our organization was there to receive the flowers until Monday. They proceeded to deliver anyways and when we arrived Monday morning, we got a beautiful bouquet of dead flowers. I called this morning to see if Flower Jazz was willing to do anything to correct the problem seeing as we requested they re-deliver them on Monday (and we were even willing to pay a re-delivery fee or pick them up). When I called I got a woman who barely spoke english... she was rude and when she finally got sick of talking to me she handed the phone to the amazingly rude driver who was saying how the person who ordered the flowers lacked common sense, the girls at the front desk lacked common sense and wouldn't let me say 2 words but began to speak over me! This floral shop is 1 mile from my home. I wasn't surprised to get on here and see that their ONLY 2 reviews were both horrible experiences from other customers. In my business, we always strive to make bad situations right... Not this company! It's no wonder the majority of their business is from online. If they had better customer service and people who were friendly talking to their customers, they might actually have something going for them... I highly recommend finding another floral shop especially after seeing that I am not the only one who has had an issue! read more

I am disgusted and horrified about how this florist does business. I had ordered flowers for my mother's 70th birthday and they were delivered 3 days early. When I called the florist they admitted it was their mistake and assured me they would fix it. The florist promptly hung up on me. The next day I get a phone call from mother who is crying because someone from the flower shop came and took the flowers back. The delivery man told her it was what I had agreed on. I am shocked that they would first make this mistake but then they would come back and take my little old mother's birthday gift away from her. I am in tears as I write this review. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! They are completely unprofessional their customer service is pathetic. I wish I could only give them zero stars but unfortunately that's not an option. My daughter and I went in to ask about purchasing a last minute corsage and boutonniere for her prom that was the next afternoon/evening. (The boyfriend "forgot" to order her corsage). We entered the shop and could see into the rear of the store where 2 women were obviously arranging flowers in some way. The first woman saw us and held her finger up indicating for us to wait a minute. No hello, just the finger. Then another female I'm assuming she was the boss or the owner came out and just stared at us and had an expression I interpreted as annoyance. I said with a smile, hi, I know it's late to be ordering but I wanted to see if it was possible to place an order for a bouttoniere and a corsage that my daughter needed this Saturday, (the next day)prob by around 3 pm for her prom. She immediately said, it will be $55. " I said, "for what? She said, it's $55 because you waited too late. I said, ok, thank you, nevermind and left the store. I would've gladly paid the $55, even more. But, this woman never smiled and seemed pissed off that I had bothered her by coming into her store. Language barrier or not, an unfriendly shop owner probably won't be in business for very long. read more
