Wow, the flowers I ordered as a 30th birthday gift were AMAZING…read more First off, the entire process was so easy. I ordered everything online. The website was super easy to navigate. I chose these certain flowers because of the unique pastel colors. They were just so beautiful. Lana sent me a snapshot of my flowers that were to be delivered on the day of. When I saw the flowers, I was blown away because they looked even better than the photo on the website. I was very happy that she was able to send me a preview of what the flowers looked like because I've never had that done before. The recipient of the flowers claimed that these were the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. They definitely exceeded my expectations and was worth every penny! Thank you Lana!

The private parking lot on West Pike Street (going toward 316 before Hacienda) is super convenient, good parking for at least 10 cars (usually not overcrowded). The signage is good enough where you can put on your blinker fast enough not to get rammed in the back. Stopped in for a quick arrangement. Amelia helped me by putting together an arrangement in my price range. The flowers were very fresh and smelled great (got a few roses and a couple other flowers along with some plant fillers). While waiting for my pop in arrangement (didn't order ahead) I was able to pick up a little stuffed bear and candy for my daughter. Everybody in Huffs was pleasant and willing to help with my needs (no matter how simple). They'll be busy for the week ahead (Valentines on Tuesday), so I'm glad I stopped by and didn't have to be rushed. All were a big hit with the ladies!

As far as I can tell, there was no receipt sent for the order placement and because of that, I've been attempting to call the number listed on the website since August. Is there an alternative number they can be reached at, as I am in need of this receipt to close out. Thank you for any assistance.

Very disappointed with my experience at Tropical Roses. I placed my order over a month in advance,…read moreyet I was told at pickup that 3 of the flowers I ordered were unavailable. If they already knew they would not have them in stock, that should have been communicated ahead of time instead of waiting until the last minute and substituting flowers without notice. Substitutions do not always work when clients already have a specific vision and expectations. The rose quality was also unacceptable. Many looked old, fully bloomed, and not fresh enough to be considered sellable. As a wholesaler, quality control should be taken more seriously, especially during major holidays when florists and small businesses depend on reliable product quality for their own customers. I understand their policies state there are no refunds and that substitutions may be made depending on availability. This review is not about trying to get a refund or "solve" the issue after the fact. It is about accountability. Selling poor-quality flowers for the sake of making a quick sale is completely unacceptable, especially when other businesses and paying clients are depending on that product. I understand I may not place the biggest orders, but the experience made me feel like smaller customers are not prioritized the same way as larger buyers. I have been in this business for 3 years now to know what good products look like. Unfortunately, this negatively affected my business and my clients. I will not be shopping here again, and I would not recommend them during high-volume holidays if you rely on consistency and quality for your business.

They even have fresh flowers in a cooler- beautiful!!! I didn't see the costs, wasn't really looking. I would assume about the same as other stores. Nice to know this store is here if I need something special for myself or a loved one.
