She had great communication skills and her professionalism was very impressive. She was able to give a great price and timely product availability. The "substitution policy" is complete bullshit, given they dont even attempt to make the flowers look like what you ordered. These flowers do not look like I spent $82 on them at all- this is at most a grocery store arrangement placed in a vase. I ordered a DELUXE ARRANGEMENT and what I recieved doesnt even have SIX "replacement" roses in it, AT LEAST. It has FOUR. And zero star gypsophila (baby's breath)- which I find hard to believe they didnt have available, given that even the local supermarket has them sold by the bushel. I looked up other reviews and this seems to be a pattern, delivering subpar quality and offering little to no refunds. Im so irate & not in the mood to argue with anyone over this $13 bouquet of flowers that I was scammed into paying $82 for. I will be leaving a negative review across alll platforms and disputing this charge. Oh! They also remove all negative reviews (flowershopping.com) so you think you're actually getting quality when you're not!
