They have a variety of different types of yoga classes. We love the Yin. The sound healing at the end is a huge added benefit. Deep Chill is also great for some relaxation with supported poses that loosen up your fascia. I started coming to Flow to get my body ready for hip surgery and never thought I'd love it so much! Now, I can't wait until I'm cleared to go back!

Like I said I prefer the private yoga because I have a crazy schedule she will come to you and very reasonably priced just for you. As you know this is in Georgetown Texas it is about 35 mins from Westlake. I recommend calling her and she always call you with her schedule and make room for you. I truly admire her physical built she is all muscle and help me with my weight......do get on board and train with Kathy she is strong and gifted knows nutrition btw.
