I was referred to this company by a forensic arborist who specializes in the growth of tree roots. That was my first indication that this company was going to be great. Our toilet was very slow on a Sunday. We called a plumber who could not come out until Monday. He tried to clear it but determined the main had likely collapsed and it would need to be replaced. We called a few plumbers who quoted us STARTING prices without even looking at the plumbing. We found Flow Right on Yelp and called based on other reviews. The reviews were right... Kenny came out and he put on his protective gear and entered the crawl space. He told us what he saw, explained thoroughly what he would do and quoted us a price that beat the others and he could start immediately. This happened during the rain we had in the beginning of the year- our yard was saturated and the dirt was very heavy and muddy. I recently completed a sewer replacement project with Flow right and the experience was excellent. I met Kenny and Jess several times and right off the bat, knew that they will be the right people for this very stressful project. I had 3 other bids to determine whether full trenchless vs. traditional pipe replacement with digging was the best for my home. All the companies did some form of video inspection and gave me the low down. Only Kenny and Jess however performed the inspection thoroughly enough so I can make the right decision at the end (I chose a hybrid approach=some trenchless CIPP lining but mostly traditional digging/replacement). They were very communicative and fast in terms of responses. The project took 3 days right before Thanksgiving just as Kenny promised me. Even getting a city permit was a breeze (during COVID times mind you). Just like what others said on the review, you can tell from talking to Kenny and Jess that they are down to earth honest people. In addition, they were very patient with me despite me being a pain in the ass and probably a spaz during this whole ordeal. Only small hiccup was after the main project was complete, damaged sprinklers during the project could not be promptly repaired. Kenny was again upfront about this and refunded a portion from a total amount so I can have my landscaper fix the sprinklers the right way. I appreciated his honesty and this was more than fair. All in all, very good experience. Jess did a camera inspection for me at two industrial buildings. He was meticulous, and knows exactly what he's doing. In one building, about 200 feet long, he was able to push a large number of wipes down the 6" cast iron pipe and clear the line, as well as inspect it. We then moved to a second building under construction, and he verified that all of the newly installed under slab sewer pipe had proper slope. Jess did a camera inspection for my rental house that was having issues with clogs. He was able to schedule quickly and gave me a lot of information about the plumbing in my house, like where the pipes and joints are. He used his camera screen to specifically show me areas that another plumber suggested were clogged with roots (they were turns in the plastic pipes, not clogs in old pipes). We later had him out to raise up the property clean out line near the street, that way unclogging would be easier in the future. I really value and appreciate Jess's quality, speed, and trustworthiness. His pricing was also better than two local plumbers we called. I had an entire 50 feet line of old cast iron removed and replaced under the concrete in my house. The process was extensive including saw cutting, digging, pipe cutting, and much more. It had to be done because the 65 year old cast iron was falling apart. They had to completely redo the plumbing for sewage for two bathrooms toilets, sinks, tubs in addition to the kitchen waste pipes. They installed a total of 80 feet of ABS of which 30 feet was installed for a new ADU. They did an amazing job....imagine a 50 foot by 2 foot hole that is 3 feet deep being cut down the middle of your house to replace old cast iron...AND at the end of the process you respect and love the guys who did it for you! Look no further for drain service! If you find yourself in an emergency or near emergency, please call Flow Right!! I have experienced every type of repair known to a house built in the 1920's. I had been putting off the sewer line replacement but as two neighbors began having problems, I started to do my research. In the process, I can assure you that Flow Right will respond quickly, communicate effectively...are incredibly honest and beyond fair priced...they were the best. They are also incredibly flexible in little glitches that occur along the way...like when they find out there is concrete under all those layers of DG and have to jack hammer to get to the sewer line! Flow Right suggested a hybrid approach: a new plastic pipe for the areas that could be dug out and a liner on the old cast iron pipe, due to poor access between buildings. In the end, my cost was less than half of what my neighbors paid for a fully lined cast iron sewer pipe! How does that happen? Through due diligence in gaining estimates (that I have already done for you), not jumping at the first available due to the emergency and reading reviews on YELP! All the bigger companies were twice the price and one even tore up my old cast iron pipe in the process of using a large camera and causing a disconnect...and an emergency! Maybe that was their tactic? Anyways, I just felt more comfortable with Jess and Kenny out of the three estimates that I had the time to obtain. After learning that I now had a disconnected pipe, FLOW RIGHT scheduled the work immediately and provided an estimated invoice.
