I hired Mr. Muhammed based on a company referral. I utilized his services to decluttering my house. I was preparing the home for a sale and the stager needed certain items removed in order for the house to look at's best. They did a great job temporary store buy items And helped the sale of my home.I then rehired Mr. Muhammad. Once the house was sold, or utilized his services to move me to my next property. They did a great job even working in heavy rain. I'm still unpacking, but so far nothing is broken. Everything is here and I would certainly utilize Flow Moving again. read more

Ray and his gang of movers descended upon my business, Terrapin Care Center and proceeded to move very heavy medical equipment, traction units, filing cabinets, desks, chairs, paintings, pictures, weights, exercise equipment and a ton of boxes. They filled two large trucks with all of our stuff. They wrapped everything to protect it and they were very careful with our very expensive equipment. This was a large move with no freight elevator in our new building with only a staircase for the larger items that won't go by standard elevator. A good amount of our heaviest stuff had to be carried up the stairs to the fourth floor. They miraculously got everything in to our new suite and stayed hours longer than they expected due to the very difficult nature of the move and the sensitive, expensive equipment involved. I have to tell you that I was very impressed with the work ethic of these movers and their willingness to do whatever it took to get this job done and done properly. The cost was less than I expected even with the extra hours needed to complete the move. I will hire these guys again when I need movers and I'll recommend them to my friends and colleagues as well. Any company is only as good as the owner and Ray is just a stand up guy that really cares about his customers. Thanks guys! read more

AWESOME packing and moving service! Man, am I glad I found this place! I have two small kids and, needless to say, was pretty sure that I could get exactly zero packing done before I had to move, let alone the moving itself. I was panicked for weeks. I called around to various companies of various degrees of professionalism, some of whom SERIOUSLY overcharged (20 hours packing for a 3 bedroom house? Really?) and others who seemed cheaper on the outset but extraordinarily sketchy (just $80 an hour! Plus $300 show-up fee, $50 for each roll of tape, etc.), but just as I was beginning to lose hope, this place was the light at the end of the tunnel. I called the owner for an estimate, which he has to do in person, and he was able to come out the next day. I found him to be very nice, professional, and reasonable. He gave me an estimate for time which turned out to be absolutely spot on, and his rate was so much more reasonable than anything I had seen so far. I booked him right then and there. Best thing I could have done. DAY OF THE MOVE.... Purcell, Alex, Ricardo, and Tayvon came to our place just about on time (and called first, so we knew when to expect them, which I thought was nice). Man, were these guys fast! They somehow packed AND moved my entire 3/4 bedroom disaster of a house in what amounted to business hours. My only experience with professional movers up until this point had been movers who took literally an entire day, from morning to late night, to move a ONE bedroom apartment. What a difference! These guys were lightning fast, incredibly careful and professional, and, the cherry on the top, they were super sweet and I felt super comfortable with them. They handled all our things with care and didn't even leave a single scratch on the walls (which is an accomplishment, even I have left marks on these walls when I vacuum). What more could you want? I called on Friday afternoon to do an internal move within my house for the following day. The owner emailed me back promptly with a very reasonable price. I paid over the phone on Friday by credit card. Two guys came the next day on time. They were very professional and careful moving furniture up two tricky staircases. The guys were funny and made us laugh. They were done ahead of schedule. I have found a moving company I will always use in the future. There was no funny business with the price I paid or how much furniture they moved. I recommend Flow Moving for your next move! read more

Ray handles his job with professionalism. I was selling my house to move to another house. I had a 3 bedroom house and have to move all the stuff to a new house. However, things did not work out as scheduled. I make reservation for a 10 x 10 storage with a rush for Ray to took my stuff. Ray and his crew came over but upon survey of my stuff, the storage size I reserve was small enough. Ray look for a bigger storage himself and secured all the stuff from my house.I did not ask where he storage location was, I trusted him. He is reliable and trustworthy. When settlement for house was cleared, Ray delivered all my stuff to the new house, furnitures unscratched, beds and tables assembled and everything was accounted for. No storage fee was charged, it was free. Thumbs up for Ray and his gang!!! read more

The owner of the company is extremely rude and has poor management skills. His original estimate was significantly under because he did not do a thorough job to gain the proper information prior to the move. Furthermore, after the move, I called him to find out why the estimate was significantly under. I suggested to him that in the future once his movers arrive to the location, they need to inform the customer that service can or cannot be done within the estimated/alloted time. The movers need to alert the customer of any major roadblocks or changes to the schedule and/or moving process. However, instead of listening to my feedback, the owner hung up on me . Furthermore, he stated that "certain people from a certain part of the world and a certain gender have these issues". He also stated that often times "customers often lie about their moving situation". There is a way for business owners to communicate their feedback to customer in a diplomatic, professional, respectful way. In this case, none of that was accomplished. I also received a threat from the owner about another review that was written about my incident which I feel contradicts the first amendment right of freedom of speech. In summary, I'm writing this review so that customers are aware of what they may be delving into. read more

So 2nd visit during business hours and they were not open again - according to the sign on door they are open 10-4 today but still at 1015a they were not open. This happened a few weeks ago same thing sign on has posted hours but doors were locked. The first incidence chalked up its a small business maybe there was an emergency but to happen twice. Will not go back nor recommend others visit for mailing boxes as they are not dependable. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They lost a glass base to a glass dining room table and when trying to rectify the loss was told, "it's not broken!" They refuse to make me whole. They low balled the estimate, then tried to pad the bill with additional boxes that are not needed or used. Fortunately, I kept count of the boxes used... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner, Raymond was very rude. At first he comes off as very nice and polite to get your business, but at the end of the move he will try to nickle and dime you. One of his movers showed up for my move smelling like alcohol at 830am. During the end of the move one of my kids saw the guy along with another guy sipping more alcohol. Who the heck shows up to move customers items smelling like alcohol at 830am??? Raymond quoted me one price and then try to extort MORE money out of my wife at the end of the more saying they went over the move time. When I checked my invoice we actually did NOT go over the move time. I called him to tell him he did not go over his time and that we do not owe him any extra money. He kept going back and forth trying to get em to pay MORE money. They broke items unloading the truck and left scuff marks on our walls in our new home. I will NEVER use this company again.
