After trying some of the Panda Inn restaurant dishes my husband and I decided to go with Panda Catering for the Chinese food portion and we definitely made the best choice. Some highlights of working with them: Flexibility: they are very flexible and were able to accommodate dietary restrictions creating special bentos for my vegetarian and kosher guests Bartending service: their bartending service and bartender was a HUGE hit at the wedding. All my guests raved about how amazing the drinks were and the bartender was extremely easy going and welcoming to all the guests who came through Food: the food was solid and the guests really enjoyed the variety and the quality - even my extremely picky Chinese family approved of the food and everyone jumped at the chance to take leftovers home Service: overall service was impeccable and Adam and his colleague came a week before to scope out the wedding venue and go through the menu, bar service, and layout of food service. In addition, Adam came to oversee the event the day of and the entire staff really were wonderful in helping us serve our guests the entire time Transparency: one of the things that I now value a great deal looking back is how transparent Adam was about the pricing of things and his willingness to work with our budget. He let me know immediately when prices were going to be raised and let me know he would honor the pricing of when I signed my contract. Good food is NOT cheap but Panda Inn made sure it was affordable. With all the things that come with their catering service (i.e. to go boxes, serveware, staff) - I definitely think it was all worth it. Adam is a really busy man and my greatest concern was staying on top of my communication with him and Panda Catering prioritizing my event since my event was a small backyard wedding instead of at a big venue. When the time came Adam and his team squashed my fears and concerns and really went above and beyond for my guests. I look forward to working with them for future events and would highly recommend them. Thank you so much Panda Catering!

Delicia handled the food, tables, chairs, linens, florals and dessert! Oh and by the way the food is amazing! I loved the Alfredo pasta and chicken piccata and I couldn't stop eating the desserts. We had the tiramisu cups, cheesecake bites and a chocolate tart. The arrangements were so beautiful, from the food to the florals. She took my theme and ran with it. Everything looked meticulously done. Khalil was such a nice help all night and Jasmin was the best support ever. She really provided so much support to my mother who was hosting the event for me. The portion was pretty good for our group size. We even had lots of leftovers. For some of the food items: -Chopped Turkey: Both the white and dark meats were juicy, succulent and flavorful. However, I do wish there was a larger meat ratio relative to all the sides. It also was a bit messy with the juices, so I would recommend even tighter packing. -Mashed Potatoes: Perfectly creamy and buttery. -Stuffing: Soft and flavorful. -Green Bean Casserole: Creamy and the green beans were cooked well. I would suggest putting the fried onion topping on the side so it could be crunchy. I'm not the biggest fan of Thanksgiving foods and I think this spread was great! Ordering and coordinating the order was relatively easy. I do wish the email etiquette and general communication was more professional though. We also received our order a bit later than scheduled, but I was told they were short on drivers for that day. I also liked the insulated bag the food came in. Overall, a good experience here and I would consider ordering catering from here again.

I could eat three of these rolls but I refrained. Tonight, we have been invited for a tasting at a GoGoBot to try their menu for #ThreeSistersCateringLA. We have met the Chef Lalo Talamantes and the General Manager, Bill, who told us a little history of who Twohey's is and their Stinko nickname for their burger. This restaurant is pretty big with enough room for a banquet in the back room. This GoGoBot Blogger Dinner Menu starts with an Autumn Salad. Baby Frisée, Radicchio and Tuscan kale salad with roasted organic red beets, roasted pumpkin, praline pecas, Gorgonzola and maple-balsamic vinaigrette. Entrees continue with Risotto con Zucca. Carnaroli rice simmered with roasted butternut squash, pumpkin purée, toasted walnuts and Sultana golden raisins. Served over tomato coulis and finished with brown butter-sage. We have a choice of New Zealand Lamb Chops or Angus tenderloin Medallions. Both served the same way with pomegranate and Ouzo reduction, mint, fresh raspberries and pomegranate seeds served with fingered baby carrots and sweet potato au gratin. Awaiting the dessert dish after the entrees is painful too. Crema Bruciata that has spiced pumpkin and walnut liquor panna cotta with caramelized sugar top. This evening is still going with tickets for a raffle and many prizes to come.

OMG... as I'm writing this, I'm still craving the food we had that day from Chubby Fingers! After doing multiple tastings with other caterers, we chose them for their generous portions and amazing value at a very competitive price point. Why we chose them: Before choosing them, we actually met with several other caterers and even did tastings to compare our options. What really stood out about Chubby Fingers was how generous and abundant their offerings were at a very similar price point. The value honestly surprised us in the best way. The Experience (Catering Drop-off): We ended up doing a catering drop-off, and even with that setup, you could truly feel the care and thought they put into everything. The presentation was beautiful and everything was packed so nicely -- it still felt very special and intentional. The Food (The highlight of our day!): On the day of the event, the food completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Our guests kept complimenting the food throughout the event, and several people even came up to ask where we found the caterer because they wanted the information for their own events. Our Menu Highlights: 1. Chubs Bossam: Slow-roasted caramelized pork shoulder with ssam bar (perilla leaves, lettuce, and samjang). Absolute hit! 2.
