You win Lowe's, I no longer want the product and I hope the cost to ship this toilet back to the warehouse will burn a hole in someone's budget. My brother got new carpet from Kevin and the installer took the old( but new) carpet over to the neighbors and only charged them to install it and paid him. He wanted to charge them for the padding my brother paid for but didn't use because his old was better but my brother reminded him it was already paid for. He ripped Volel off because the people would have bought new from them. They all are bad.
