I took off work to make sure I met Hugo at the given time which was a Monday morning at 11:30. 9 minutes before his arrival he texted and said can I reschedule for next week?? Unfortunately I told him NO that that wouldn't work as I had openings where windows were removed and I didn't want the rain to come in. He then responded ok can I come later after 2:00?? Anxious and needing it done quickly I said yes that works. Went back to work and came back close to 2:00 and this time I didn't even get a text or any communication as to why he was a no show??? I had to reach out that evening when I realized he wasn't coming and once again he rescheduled. He finally showed up and spoke with my contractor and said he'd have an estimate right away, next day. Once again the guy dropped off the face of the earth and even after texting him countless times he has NEVER responded!! Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable company that values there customers time and money.

They made sure I was happy and had no issues with me pointing a few things out while they progressed. My house looks great and it was so fast. They pressure washed on Wednesday, came back on Thursday and did all the stucco repair + painting. I got a solid price and a cash discount. I also got the peace of mind if a reputable local company. They used high quality Sherwin Williams paint. Along with the house they repainted the garage door to match and allowed me to pick a beautiful color change for my front door. I was so please and astonished by their efficiency I even tipped all the painters.

Barely five years ago we used Bay to Bay Stucco & Stone to repair some cracked stucco on the back…read moreof our home. We also used them to paint the entire house. At the time, I thought they did a good job and was pleased with their work. Last week, however, we noticed large cracks appearing where that stucco was supposed to have been replaced. We contacted Bay to Bay Stucco & Stone, in an effort to give them a chance to make this right, and the only response we received was a text of a very high estimate to completely redo the work that Bay to Bay Stucco & Stone was supposed to have done previously. We hired another contractor and found out that the work that Bay to Bay did previously was done incorrectly. This caused us to have to completely redo and remove the stucco down to the structure of the house on the back of our second floor. Under the old stucco, there were wet boards that were part of the structure of the house that had to be removed and replaced because Bay to Bay Stucco & Stone had not replaced the stucco or done repairs properly. What we originally paid Bay to Bay for was replacement of the stucco and repairs. What we got was a shoddy patch job that looked good after it was painted, but didn't last. This job was not inexpensive and should have lasted longer than 5 years. The water and mold damage to the structure of our house could have much worse had we not caught it when we did. As it is, we are having to replace drywall on the INTERIOR of the house because the poor patch job they did didn't last, and actually caused damage to the interior in my husband's office. We have had to spend over $10,000 on repairs that we thought were already taken care of by Bay to Bay Stucco & Stone. We are disappointed and feel that they did a really poor job that looked good, but didn't last. Unfortunately, in Florida the legal statue of limitations on home repairs is four years. Otherwise, I would be leaving more than a negative review of this company on Yelp! I feel duped and scammed by this company. That they didn't even attempt to contact us after we contacted them is just lousy customer service and tells me they don't care. If you are doing a quick flip and just want an overpriced patch job, this company might be O.K., but if you want your home to actually be repaired, and not just look good for a couple years, go with another company. They are O.K. at painting.
