Even with a line out the door on grand opening day, it moved pretty fast and the staff stayed friendly the whole time. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. A couple small things I would say need improvement.... Some music in the shop would help the atmosphere because it felt a little awkward standing in a silent line. Also, having paper menus posted closer to the door would make it easier to decide while waiting since it's hard to see the menu behind the register from far back. The spot kept catching our attention because a line would form constantly and then the workers from Niko's recommended for us to try their donuts. The donuts were so fresh and delicious, and the coffee was literally incredible. I would drive all the way back there just to get donuts and coffee because they were THAT good. Since they're made to order, they were warm and we got it with cinnamon sugar. These things are dangerous. I had mini donuts from another place recently and found them to be doughy. As another reviewer mentioned, these are melt in your mouth, not doughy at all. I haven't been eating sweets a lot recently, but somehow six of these disappeared. My son ate five (and he's a picky eater) and my husband ate one. My husband said they were really good, but I wouldn't let them have more. If you see this food truck, you definitely should get some.
