I could see that they had sold out of a few items, like fried oreo donuts, but they still had plenty of delicious treats left. I went with an apple fritter, guava-filled donut, samoa donut, and a frosted, then topped with mini M&Ms donut. Total cost for 4 pastries: $11.00. I made the mistake of having a piece of the apple fritter on my way home, and sadly could not stop eating it; thus, no picture. However, it was AMAZING. One of my favorites ever. The other donuts were parceled out over the weekend, and they were all delicious. This store has been around forever, and they are just as good as they always were. They also offer breakfast sandwiches and various coffees. Parking can be tricky even with their own parking lot, but it's worth the hassle. If you're done overpaying for fancy donuts, Nicola's will satisfy the craving.

There were only a few apple fritters left, along with some Boston cream donuts, so I grabbed a box to bring to the office during my clinical rotations and made sure to save one of each for myself. The apple fritter was absolutely delicious. fresh, flavorful, and packed with that perfect balance of sweetness and texture. The Boston cream was just as good, with a light, fluffy donut and a rich filling that wasn't overly sweet. The biggest compliment I can give is that the entire office loved them, and they disappeared quickly. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had that classic mom-and-pop shop feel that's getting harder to find these days. You can tell they focus on making quality products rather than trying to be a trendy chain. Next time I'll definitely make it there earlier before everything sells out. If a shop is running low by the afternoon, they're clearly doing something right. Hole In One Donut is a hidden gem, and I'd absolutely recommend stopping by if you're in the area. Normally, I wouldn't brave the crowds to go to these things, but I scheduled to have a friend cut my kids hair that day and she lives in WPV, so I figured, why not. After the hair cut, I threw both kids in the stroller and her family and mine walked over to the rally. My three-year-old spotted the donuts and demanded them right away. (I always say that he may grow up to be spoiled and stupid, but at least he'll be kind, but I digress). We got in line to get some donuts. It was $6 for a dozen and since they had a minimum credit card charge of $5, we couldn't get a half dozen (which I think was $4), without paying an extra 25 cents. I'm glad they have that minimum in place, because you definitely want to go with at least a dozen. If I knew my husband would eat some I might have even gone with the 36 for $16, they're that good! Since they're made to order, they were warm and we got it with cinnamon sugar. These things are dangerous. I had mini donuts from another place recently and found them to be doughy. As another reviewer mentioned, these are melt in your mouth, not doughy at all. I haven't been eating sweets a lot recently, but somehow six of these disappeared. My son ate five (and he's a picky eater) and my husband ate one. My husband said they were really good, but I wouldn't let them have more. If you see this food truck, you definitely should get some. They're fantastic!

The spot kept catching our attention because a line would form constantly and then the workers from Niko's recommended for us to try their donuts. I decided to walk over and grab the Dubai chocolate donuts, as well as a Christmas Cookie Frappe and I could not rave about them more. The donuts were so fresh and delicious, and the coffee was literally incredible. I would drive all the way back there just to get donuts and coffee because they were THAT good. The little food truck is also adorable with seating right next to it that makes you feel like you're sitting in the middle of Greece. I'm so glad I stopped by because I really do think I discovered my new favorite dessert spot in the area!

I was told all bagels are made fresh daily and they tasted that way, too. We kept them out on the counter for three or four days and they were still soft to the touch. Don't be like me though, I was told it is recommended to saran wrap and freeze, then defrost a bit and bake at 350 after brushing with a bit of water. I did not try this BUT sounds like it would freshen them right up like new. We truly enjoy these bagels. Bagels are tasty, fresh, size of the bagels are worth bragging about and yes they're big! Not only are the bagels good but try one of their fares, breakfast bagel sandwiches are great, I can't eat a whole one by myself! This bagel shop is a close contender to our favorite Bella's Bakes Cakes and Bagels in Pasadena St Pete. Try them both to compare. Service was prompt and efficient but not rushed. The store is clean and could have more seating for customers to sit and enjoy their delicious bagels.
