I was pleasantly surprised that although prices had increased, All American honored the old price. We are now proud owners of a beautiful driveway! Several of our neighbors as well as strangers just passing by have rung my doorbell to express their admiration and ask for the name of the company that did the work. I strongly recommend All American Driveway, not only because their craftsmanship, but also because of the ease of working with them. The office staff kept us informed of everything including the timing of the inspections and patiently answered all of our questions. The workmen were courteous and professional; they completed the work on time and promptly cleaned up. Thanks Aimee and Carlos for a job well done from beginning to end!!

Use anyone else. it was a poor job all the way thru. first many promised start dates were missed. I understand rain delays , but when there is no rain, why the delay. Second , I specifically asked questions about the job early on, Would there be crisp edges, assured there would be and no there wont', The asphalt was uneven in spots and Carlos said don't worry it will disappear when we seal coat. It didn't. The pavement was coming up in spots after 30 days, once again, once it's seal coated it will all be fine. It wasn't. Their quote was above others that I got and the quality is the poorest and after 4 months it's already cracking and looking poor. Use another firm

I was in a rush because I bought the steps/pavers and they were being delivered and needed to quickly find a contractor to do the job. I got lucky with Al. He gave a fair price, always answered texts / calls and was on time, leaving the job site clean. We will use him again.

This is exactly the type of guy that gives other contractors in Miami the bad reputation it is known for. I feel like I was robbed of thousands. Terrible feeling.

Pretty horrifying experience. My well went out last Monday. I sent them and email and online info…read morerequest. I still had to call them on Tuesday because no one got back to me. The first and only question I had for the owner was how fast they can get the new well in. He said Thursday. I said ok. They sent a contract and I signed and immediately sent deposit via Zelle. Filled out all the permit paperwork immediately and got it back to them. Now comes Thursday. Nothing. I finally email asking when to expect them and they replied sorry...they were busy and can't make it. So they came out Friday. Then, Friday at 4 pm they said they can't finish. They need to drill deeper and will come back on Monday. The person that manages my water filter system recommended them and said it will likely be $4,500. They quoted me $5,250. Ok. I agreed to that. I called and asked if they actually connected the well and they said that was not included. I asked how much extra and they did not give a price. Said they need to access when here. Ok. So Monday around 5 pm they said they are done and then suddenly emails me an invoice for an additional $650. It was never discussed or agreed to. This is shameful to do work that was not explicitly approved. This company has a naming convention like a government program Budget Wells. I don't really consider almost $6,000 budget. And on top of that I now have to hire another company to clean up the inches of sand left on my driveway. Live and learn.

I'm kind of surprised there aren't any reviews for this company on Yelp. I'm happy to be the first…read more I only write a review when i feel strongly one way or another about a company. This is one of them and I feel good about them so I'm writing this as I think it's hard to find honest good companies in S. Florida so I want to do my part. Briefly, I contracted Miami Brick two years ago to do a large job putting down pavers in my backyard. John George (JG) the owner came out, gave me an estimate (I think it was a fair price) and gave me some suggestions as to where to look for the pavers. I ended up getting a good deal from one of the places. I don't think there is a kick back situation here since the place I bought the pavers from didn't ask me if I was referred or anything. JG and his crew came out promptly on day one, prepped the site and then the pavers were delivered and set up in the back yard. On day two, they again came out at the time they promised and worked all day until the job was completed. It came out beautifully. Fast forward two years later. A section of the paving job had begun to sink in and become unlevel. I don't know why. I contacted Miami Brick and they graciously agreed to come out and fix it for no charge. They told me customer satisfaction was very important to them. I appreciated that very much. They indeed did come out as promised and at the time they promised and fixed the problem. I certainly would recommend Miami Brick. They are straightforward, no nonsense, fair, and want to make sure you are satisfied with the work....even two years later. If you want to see the quality of their work follow them on Instagram where they post whatever job they happen to be working on. Thank you Marly, Kate, and JG. Nick.
