Never happened. I documented 13 phone calls I made, left voicemails for every one in their directory and no response. I do not even have words for such an uncaring, unprofessional Doctors office. Each staff member is extremely knowledgeable and does anything possible to care for you in any way they can. Not only has Erika been patient with me but Gary, the Safety Director, and Jennifer, in the front office, have gone above and beyond. This facility is pristine and has new chambers. They run safety checks on a regular basis and have multiple safety precautions in place for their guests. Gary, the Safety Director, is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He conducts an in-depth assessment (prior to treatment) and will patiently answer all of your questions. The facility also has comfortable waiting areas for your family or friends if you bring someone with you. Last, Jennifer and Erika work so hard on behalf of their clients to try to get your health insurance to cover your treatments, if there's any way possible. They are well versed in this area and if there's a way, they will find it. I can't recommend this treatment center enough.
