She truly cares for her patients... and wants to help them get well... I felt like I was dying this year...literally...I couldn't stand without toppling over or running into walls, I couldn't put two thoughts together... I'd forget what I was trying to say MID-WAY in a sentence! I looked like I hadn't slept in months...deep, dark circles under my eyes...my family was super worried about me... I had begun to "get my affairs in order". :( I didn't want my husband or kids to have to get rid of useless stuff when I was gone... they'd be dealing with enough emotional issues... so I was trying to make things easier on them... WHILE just enjoying the rest of my days... Frandzie was determined to find out what was wrong with me and help me... I had blood work done, got some other tests done that I'd never even heard of before, and went to several specialists she referred me to, personally... She went above and beyond to take care of me... Come to find out, I had completely STOPPED producing hormones... Apparently that's a really bad thing...It was suspected that I might have Addison's... Thankfully, that's not what I had... Through her very thorough testing...she discovered the reason my body stopped functioning like it was supposed to. It was actually something super weird that you wouldn't think would cause any issues... One of the medications I was taking (that a different Dr. prescribed me), ALMOST killed me. Once I got OFF that medication, I started improving... I'm not 100% yet, but I'm on my way to being well... :) I'm no longer running into walls, or toppling over... and I can think again... I don't seem like an Alzheimer's patient anymore... :) I am thankful to God that I found this practice and these wonderful people... especially Frandzie... :) The office staff are wonderful! Always kind and willing to help me in any way... I feel at home here... The office at Vanguard Medical Center, is such is so warm and inviting...and when you're called back to a room, it's so cozy... more like a home than a medical office... And Frandzie sits with you and talks to you like a REAL person... You KNOW she cares... Not like most medical offices, where they come in for 5 minutes IF you're lucky... and they give you their best guess... and hope that it works... I LOVE going to my appts here because I know I'm being well cared for... This is the first time in my entire life that I have real hope of getting better... I have other health issues... and I know Frandzie is working to help me live a normal life... Not live a sick life... I wish I had gone to a Functional medicine practice sooner... Thank God for Vanguard and all their wonderful people... Because of them, (and Frandzie), I am alive... :) I'll take Frandzie over ANY medical Dr. out there, hands down! :)

Time to find a new doctor. Once again I schedule an early morning appointment. The second one of…read morethe day was open when I made it (first of the day is 9am) for 9:15. I arrive a couple minutes early to find the waiting room already full and a short line to check in which results in the computer showing me as getting there late. Now, mind you, I'm the second scheduled patient of the day yet the waiting room is full. After I got checked in I took a seat expecting I'd be heading back very soon. 9:20.... 9:30....9:45...... at 9:50 I was taken back, vitals taken then left to sit until 10:00.... 10:10.....10:15. ONE HOUR AFTER MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME I HAD YET TO SEE THE DOCTOR. I left. Very angry. I have a job and a life. This is not the first time this has happened. I've also had to sit for an hour when I was the FIRST appointment. If you have anything else to do with your life aside from sitting waiting on a doctor then find a different practice. These people are habitually late regardless of when you make your appointment. I've never ever been seen any sooner than 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. This one sucks at patient relations. It goes without saying that they are more interested in overscheduling ($$$) than the patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brinson for 10 years and have always been treated with kindness,…read moreunderstanding, and respect from Dr. B and his staff. Even though I routinely have issues at the pharmacy as a result of the medications I am on, anytime I run into them 99% of the time either Dr. B or the office staff call back or send in whatever paperwork is required in a prompt manner and it is typically the pharmacy that holds everything up. I have referred many patients to Dr. B's office and all have made him their Primary Care dr. It is a private practice with 3 exam rooms and just like anything else, depending on how busy or booked they are determined how long you have to wait in the waiting room. In 10 years I have never waited more than 30-40 min to be brought back and most of the time I can count on being out of there anywhere between 1-1.5 hrs after my appt time. (there have also been occasions where I was in and out in 30 min). The only thing I would prefer as a patient is for them to bring back the answering service, that way if you're running into issues at the pharmacy on the weekend there is a way to resolve it without having to wait until the office is open on a Monday - but that is a minor issue, really.

She truly gets to know her patients and remembers even the smallest details -- something that is incredibly rare in healthcare. One visit really stands out to me. I was in the office only scheduled to see a medical assistant for an injection, not Amanda. She popped her head in just to say hi and immediately noticed I was stressed. She took the time to come in, close the door, sit down, and ask me what was bothering me -- even though I wasn't on her schedule at all. Most providers would never dedicate that kind of time or attention. Amanda is not only an exceptional healthcare provider, but a genuinely kind, giving, and compassionate human being. I am so grateful to have her as my provider and can't recommend her or Ultimate Health DPC highly enough.

A Life-Changing Doctor and Team - A Deeply Grateful Review for Dr. Kalidas…read more I don't usually write reviews, but when someone has such a profound and life-changing impact on your life and the lives of your loved ones, it becomes a necessity. My family and I have been under the care of Dr. Kalidas since 2018, through some of the most difficult health challenges we've ever faced. From the very first visit, he showed a level of care, attentiveness, and dedication that is simply rare in today's world. No matter how complex or overwhelming the issue, Dr. Kalidas never gave up on us. He listened with compassion, responded promptly, and guided us with wisdom, patience, and extraordinary kindness. He is not only a gifted holistic doctor but a true healer in every sense of the word. Time and time again, he went above and beyond--taking calls, answering urgent questions, and offering comfort and clarity when we needed it most. His devotion to finding the root cause and the best possible path forward for each of us has brought healing and hope back into our lives. What truly sets Dr. Klidas apart is not just his medical knowledge, but his heart. In my 60 years, I have never encountered a doctor so selfless, so genuinely caring, and so deeply invested in the well-being of his patients. He is truly a God-sent angel for my family. And his staff--every interaction has been met with warmth, professionalism, and quick action. They reflect his values and commitment in every way, making the entire experience feel safe, supported, and deeply human. There are not enough words to express our gratitude. I pray that God blesses Dr. Kalidas and his family with every good thing life can offer, because he truly deserves it all. His kindness, integrity, and unwavering dedication have left an indelible mark on our lives. Thank you, Dr. Kalidas, from the bottom of our hearts. You are the best there is. The IV suite consists of recliners around the room. It took about an hour. It was a nice social hour. There were a few other woman there.
