While the office itself is fairly large and on both occasions I've seen a few folks waiting, patients are brought back fairly quickly. The nurse I've seen twice is personable yet professional. Dr. Constant is incredibly thorough, organized and has a great "bed-side manner. He made knowledge pertaining to my thyroid highly accessible to me without ever being condescending. While he is working with a patient, he has someone in the exam room transcribing for him. I believe this allows him to spend more time addressing patient concerns as opposed to documenting. I would highly recommend Dr. Constant for care of your endocrine system.

I would have loved to have come in but I never got notified about this place being open. I came back recently due to their REFUSAL to refill my insulin. They refused to fill my insulin to force me to come in when they hadn't attempted to reschedule my appointment when they reopened! When they refused to refill my insulin I went to make an appointment and it was schedule 7 weeks later. I had to buy my insulin on the open market even though I had health insurance. I was most frustrated because if they had simply told me they were open I would have been in. Do they forget that nearly everyone has phones? They certainly knew I had a phone due to their prior pandemic reminders, and their text message asking me to confirm my appointment earlier today. Did something happen to create an atmosphere of apathy here? Is there some new research that says denying diabetics insulin is helpful? Is denying diabetics insulin the most efficient way to contact their patients? If you're a diabetic with a predictable life then this might be the place for you. But if your life is chaotic I would recommend going to doctor who swore an oath to do no harm. They get two stars because they've done good work in the past. It was a nerve wrecking experience for my family and I for several months. I am disappointed on how I was treated during this time by this office. I continually needed to follow up for orders, for information and unless I scheduled a in person or telehealth appointment, I couldn't expect to get any questions or concerns addressed. Even after scheduling the appointment, the doctor was late and left feeling unsupported. So basically if I wasn't billable I wasn't important. I finally got my final results in which I had to message the office, twice, about discussing and they wanted me to wait 21 days until my next scheduled appointment to discuss. I found this ridiculous. When I complained, without much empathy or compassion I was just offered to schedule a sooner appointment. While they couldn't call me to discuss my test results and answer my questions or respond to my messages in the portal without me following up, they were able to call me to ask me to send my medical scans to their office because now they off 3D mammogram scans in office. Again, your only important if you're billable to them. This isn't a doctor's office I want. Patients and their families deserve more care and consideration than what I was given. I will be looking for another doctor and strongly recommend you do the same.

My children were taken to PM Pediatrics and evaluated by a provider who, based on the documentation…read moreand follow-up, handed out two wildly inaccurate diagnoses, unnecessary medications, and showed a dangerous lack of clinical judgment. My daughter was diagnosed with walking pneumonia despite no imaging, no labs, and no clear clinical justification. She was prescribed an antibiotic, a steroid, and a nebulizer--without confirmation of any actual illness. The chart notes from PM list symptoms that do not align with pneumonia. The next day, she was taken to the ER at Southlake, where she received a full evaluation--including imaging. Their diagnosis? No pneumonia. She had a common cold. My son was seen the same day for a simple dry cough. He had previously tested positive for rhinovirus (a common cold), which was confirmed via lab. PM Pediatrics diagnosed him with a sinus infection and prescribed Augmentin--despite no nasal symptoms, no sinus pressure, no diagnostic tests, and a chart note that again, shows no symptoms consistent with sinusitis. He was later taken to Clermont Urgent Care, where they evaluated him and concluded it was just a cold. No antibiotics. No issue. I have video of both kids running and playing full-speed just two evenings later. They were misdiagnosed, overtreated, and their actual condition--completely benign--was verified by two separate, credible facilities. When I called PM to speak to the provider about what had happened, I was intercepted by a gatekeeper--I believe his name was Nolan--who was unprofessional, dismissive, and combative. He claimed to be a paramedic, yet completely disregarded the importance of parental input and medical follow-up. He made no effort to escalate my concerns, only to delay and block them. The provider eventually returned my call, but hours had passed. At that point, I took my children's care into the hands of real MDs--ones who care about root cause, proper diagnostics, and clinical integrity. PM Pediatrics is not a clinic built on safety. It is a speed-based operation that hands out prescriptions without proper assessment, treats concerned parents as problems, and prioritizes efficiency over accuracy. If you value your child's health, get a second opinion and ask for proof--because you won't get it here

Dr. Angel Ho has been my doctor since my move to central Florida a few years ago, and no, she is…read morenot my Mother. Over the years here in Orlando, multiple visits to the ER have taken place - from my kidney situation, migraines, annual checkups, and so on, which require regular doctor visits. She has been extremely patient with me and my wreck-less soul. Let's talk about my most recent visit. Needed to see a doctor ASAP, so called the office on a weekday morning at 8AM and was able to get an appointment within the next hour. Dr. Ho referred me to a third party to get a brain scan, as that would do me best at the time. She was very understanding with my work situation and wrote me a doctor's note and prescribed me with antibiotics with no problem. She is kind. She is smart. She is important. She did not charge me an arm and leg. And shout to her amazing assistants who feed me snacks and keep me hydrated so my blood pressure will be normal on the given day.
