She is constantly booked, so if you are looking for an appointment with her specifically, call WAY in advance. She takes a lot of time with each patient, making sure they have all of their questions answered(sometimes I come in with a whole list!) She was the doctor who recommended CRM and Dr. Loy to us for IVF. A year later, we are 10 weeks pregnant! The office: They have several offices, but the one I am reviewing is the Winter Park location. It has ample parking and an elevator to the 2nd floor where the physicians offices are located. They have 4-5 people working reception so you never have to wait long. Their waiting room is large and spacious- they have a water machine with cups available as well as magazines. Scheduling: This is the only reason I can't give this 5 stars. Dr availability is NOT the issue either, I expect good doctors to be booked :) The issue is if you are having an ultrasound or another lab the front desk can't book you-- you have to wait for a call from a scheduler. I am a very organized person and always bring my planner with me to appointments(yes, I'm old school but I LOVE my Erin Condren planner!), so I'd like to take care of scheduling same day. Other than that this office is fantastic! I definitely recommend!

Convenient immunizations at a premium. Procrastinating on immunizations for an upcoming trip to SE…read moreAsia I stumbled upon Passport Health. Was able to hop online and easily make an appointment for a couple days later. Passport Health sits on the second floor of an office building off of Wymore, facing I-4. Follow the hallway to the end, knock on the door and take a seat. After several minutes a very friendly RN opened the door and escorted me to the back. She was very friendly, offering pamphlets on the areas I was visiting and suggesting immunizations. She suggested tetnus, hep A and typhoid for SE Asia, which is what I originally planned on getting. After a 5-10 minute conversation on the countries, I was told of the price ($265!!!) for the consultation ($65), hep A ($110) and typhoid ($110). I would much rather have the $65 then the "consultation", which appeared to be a regurgitation of the information I had already researched. Just beware of that $65 fee! Shortly after she brought out the immunizations, and after a minute or so I was done. I was in and out of passport health in maybe 20 minutes. Overall, Passport Health is very convenient for anyone needing immunizations. You will certainly pay a premium over the charges at a county public health center, but you can also walk in and out essentially whereas you could be waiting forever at the health center. If you want to save a $100 or so and have the time, choose the health center, otherwise I would recommend Passport Health. Convenient, friendly, and quick!

She patiently and thoroughly went over the information with me discussing the recommended immunizations and prescriptions. She didn't try to upsell me. I did end up getting some Permethrin for $11 and some Ranger ready repellent for $9 because those mosquitoes are fierce and Peru! She filled my prescription for a z-pack and altitude sickness medication . The office visit was $65 which I don't think is unreasonable. They offer other services included the rapid covid 19 test including the antigen and PCR. I would go back if I needed immunizations before going out of the country. They did a really good job

We waited in the lobby for about half an hour then a gentleman came out to greet us and take us to an office. We filed out all the paperwork they gave us. We handed the paperwork in and waited again. The gentleman and some other lady were caring a conversation about another patient that honestly don't think that person would appreciate. I won't mention her name because I wouldn't want my name mentioned. Anyways we waited a very long time. My appointment was at 1:00 and hers at 1:30. It was already 3:17 and we got really frustrated and stood up and told the reception (the gentleman) we were needing to leave and that we will reschedule and his response with a mouth full of pretzels was oh ok I'll let her know?? Really?? We won't be back! We will go with a different place! Obviously they didn't need our business! Their loss!

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a smiling and cheerful receptionist (I hope that is the right term!) I was immediately at ease and knew I was someplace special as the other folks around me were also being greeted or helped this way. When I sat down to do my paperwork before seeing the doctor, I was listening to the conversations of the staff coming in and out and it was delightful. These people like each other! There was a general sense of warmth coming off of everyone and it was amazing. It wasn't long before I was brought back to an examination room and saw the doctor. Again, everyone was friendly and warm. This is how doctor visits should be! This was definitely an entirely different experience from the first pain group I visited. I wish I would have come here initially because I could have saved a lot of time and headache. Wow! What a great team. The facility itself is very nice and clean. There is plenty of parking available at the building its located in. (Sterling is on its own floor and you walk right into it out of the elevator.) I highly recommend Sterling Medical Group.

This customer service seemed weak because they wouldn't set appointments for the doctors I wanted/ needed. Overall terribly organized and this office has been one of my least favorites. Very difficult to cancel appointments, you'll probably get charged even if you cancel in advance. Often times than not, my appointment would've been set up to meet my doctor, however, once I would arrive I would get told that he wasn't there that day. Would not recommend!

I was a little wary of coming to this place because I had no idea it existed. My doctor sent my script here for my test. There is someone to greet you when you walk in who escorts you to the correct area for your appointment. The people who check you in are positive and welcoming. The tech who performed my thyroid ultrasound was so personable, happy, energetic, positive, and charming-how many adjectives can I use to describe this terrific person? She was also thorough, gentle, and explained her process to me. When I was done, she helped me clean all the gel off by making sure I had plenty of cloth to wipe it away. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. They had social distancing measures in place in the seating areas. I will definitely return for other testing if necessary!

The overall standard of care that I've received has always been pretty good. I've never really had a bad experience. My mother has also come to this facility (as I believe so has my brother). We've all really had good experiences here. I went in last week for a quick consult before a routine endoscopy that I'll be receiving later this month. The doctor was kind, patient, and explained everything thoroughly to me. She went over my expectations/tasks as a patient to prepare for the endoscopy. I felt seen and heard. I left the office very confident that I would be in trusted hands. As far as the facility itself goes, it is a bit more outdated in comparison to some newer facilities; however, for the most part, it has a decent amount of seating. It is usually ALWAYS packed / busy. So, parking can get a little full; however, there is on-street parking all around. The facility is as clean as one can expect of any facility, really. All in all, I definitely appreciate the care I've received here and will continue to go here for any of my GI needs.
