They truly do extend the healing ministry of Christ. The office experience beginning with check-in with registration was seamlessly easy. The ER itself makes me feel safe with a security guard being there upon entering. This ER is surrounded by touristy spots like Seaworld and is relatively close to Icon Park and even is culiminated by plaza filled with restaurants like Fogo De Chao or Portillos just down the way. Anyway, going back to the care here. It is nothing short of extraordinary. You have a full functioning laboratory, a CT/X-Ray/Ultrasound room, and a Trauma Room. They even have Dole Whip offered here as a goodbye treat upon discharge. The doctor, midlevel providers, respiratory therapist, and the nurses were all so wonderful here. It is located close to touristy Lake Buena Vista / Doctor Philips area. Thanks Advent Health!

From the doctors, nurses, to the ppl who do ultrasounds and CT scans, to even to the guy who registers everyone...we couldn't stop talking about how extremely attentive and genuine the people were. I would definitely recommend this Emergency room if you are in the area. The people working there made such a difference in our experience.

I'm so pleased IVX Health has opened up more locations in the Orlando area! For those that are not…read morefamiliar, this is an infusion center for folks who have chronic medical conditions. I recently started my infusion therapy at IVX health and have to say that this is the best infusion center for my needs! What I love about it is that you get your own private suite with a nice recliner, TV, and wifi! They offer a variety of free snacks and beverages as well. The facility is clean and the receptionist and nurse are fantastic. Also, this location has plenty parking! However, they are only open 2 days a week for now but that could change in the future. I had nurse Alex on my first visit and she was so friendly and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable by checking in on me every 30 minutes throughout my 2 hour infusion. If you do need any assistance, there is also a call button in the room that you can press as well. If you are looking for a peaceful environment to get your medical infusion, definitely check out IVX. On their website, they list what insurance they take and the process of how your doctor's office can authorize IVX for the treatment. They also list the medicines they can infuse. Before you can even start the infusion , they make sure your insurance covers the treatment so no surprises which is great! I am so pleased with IVX and so happy to be getting my infusions here! Highly recommend!

When I asked why, they said there is only one referral coordinator per 7 doctors. It definitely seems like they are doing something under the table to keep from having each doc file with insurance. Florida Blue said the doctor I saw was not covered because of missing paperwork, but the doctor's office said I would "just list another doctor as my primary care."

It's my first visit - I just moved to Orlando - and I thought using the Blue Shield app would give me a decent primary care physician. What a foolish idea. I should also give Blue Shield zero stars. I came 20 minutes early to Orlando Family Physicians on Vineland Ave as they recommended, so I could fill out paperwork for basic authorizations and health record releases. That means I signed and dated *paper* forms ten times. Is this really necessary? I thought electronic health records EHRs had swept the nation. Obviously not here. I wouldn't mind the paper flow except that I then waited for 45 minutes for a nurse practitioner to take my weight and blood pressure, and then wait for another 30 minutes in a *secondary* waiting room. Is this the start of Dante's seven rings of hell? In both waiting rooms people are playing videos without earphones, an HGTV program is blaring on the office TV, and numerous people are taking phone calls. People are coughing and sneezing, and even the nurse practitioner turns aside in our session to sneeze and cough. She doesn't cover her mouth, or sanitize her hands afterwards. This is flu season and even these staff are not following normal hygiene protocols? I guess the question is, why am I still sitting in this secondary waiting room, writing this sh*tty review when I could get out of here and find a good doctor? Must be my mom. She always said she would watch a movie to the end cause she had to find out what happens. I don't think this is a good idea mom. I've watched this stupid movie already. It's time I change my habits and actually walk away when all the signs are pointing to "No". Ok, I'm grabbing my jacket and getting out o
