I had been looking for someone to put a pet door in the wall of my house since early September. I…read morecalled so many numbers, from online, handyman referrals, books, cards, etc. Handyman 101 was the only one that bothered to return my call. However, they advised me they were booked until after the new year. I settled in to having to wait a couple months longer. Much to surprise, I was called a couple of days ago, and told they had a handyman that could fit me into his schedule. I hoped I was getting a good one, as he was going to be cutting a hole in my outside wall. Well I had nothing to worry about, as Michael did an outstanding job. I could not ask for better. It ran over the time a bit, but there were a few unforeseen complications, which is always par for the course on many projects. Also, I never took the dog door kit out of the box from the company I ordered it from. That was my bad, because I had a long discussion with the representative when purchasing it. It was about the height I needed to order. She insisted I needed a larger one from the the measurements of my largest dog, than what I was planning to order. It turned out to be much larger than I needed/wanted. It took Michael some creative cutting off of trim on the outside wall to make look okay, along with moving things within the wall that were in the way when cutting through.
