Power washed the house on Monday, left came back Tuesday with a helper, papered 3 windows and then knocked on our window returned our $1,000 deposit check and told us he "was uncomfortable" and wasn't going to do the job. I apologized for any hard feelings over the phone call and asked what I could do for him to finish the job - us now sitting on $400 of paint - he said nothing and left.
