Mall Santa review What could have been crazy town Christmas nightmare, was actually a pretty cool time. 2 hour wait went surprisingly quick. I hunkered down in line with a crossword and my wife and daughter went to the play area and merry go round. Santa and crew were champs. read more

My comments and ratings are for the playground inside the mall. It is absolutely wonderful. It's safe. And clean. It's a great idea and a treat for the children who are shopping with their parents. Thank you Florence Mall. read more

Florence Mall - Shopping Centers Near Me - Florence, Kentucky

I can never seem to find the store i actually want to go to, the layout of the mall is absolutely horrendous, i literally only go if i have friends. the only stores that are actually interesting are hidden in the middle of nowhere. also the massage chairs suck. read more

A nice shopping mall that isn't so big it's overwhelming, and not so small that you find yourself walking through in five minutes. A decent selection of shops, and carousel in the food court is a nice touch. read more

There should be a store of fidgets. There are some stores that sell a couple fidgets but it's all the same stuff. A store just for fidgets would be very nice. And easy to navigate instead of having to search every store read more

I hate shopping, but this is the only mall I'm familiar with so if I want to hit up more than one place in a day, this would be the place I'd go. Usually when I come here, I go to JCPenny's or Sears and avoid the rest of the mall. They do have a nice area for kids to play though, and the food court is nice. There always seems to be someone giving out free samples, which is nice. Another thing that's convenient is the location. Almost every place I would want to go to in Florence is on Mall Road. There are a ton of nice restaurants around, and a movie theater in the same parking lot. I can only really compare this with a few other malls that I have been in briefly so if I ever spend more time in another one, I may need to update my review.... until then I'd say it's just average. read more

What a great mall. It had Macy's,Sears and JCPenney. Hot Topic,Aeropostle,Payless,Bath and Body and Hallmark. I bought some stuff here. Nice mall read more

The florence mall and people who run the mall should be ashamed of themselves , it is depressive - nothing worth going there for - everything is shut down - dead as a doornail - its outdated and an old hasbeen - has been that way for thirty years ! Implode and build a plaza with retail that attracts ! Its a downright shame and the city of florence should be ashamed of themselves ! So disgusted ! read more

i go here a lot. Being unable to drive, i don't have much choice in this small town under Cincinnati. after losing some good stores like The Disney Store, urban behavior and hollister, we've actually gained. an h&m was just added and theres been talk about adding bebe/coach. and even maybe a MAC. I would like this mall so much better if it was updated. The fake plants? Tacky. The flooring? Ew. The food court? I'll pass. All in all, it needs some help. I have been here several times with friends, and I feel like every time we go, it gets worse and worse. Drive to Kenwood if you want a real mall experience. read more

Florence Mall has really improved over the years. I've been going there since I was a small child. The addition of the new food court and carousel is fun. I also like the train that takes kids around the mall. The child play area is much improved and safer. Florence Mall has all of the mall stores I would be interested in shopping in without having to travel to Cincinnati. There is also very little traffic as compared to Kenwood. read more

I visited Florence Mall this weekend for the 1st time in like 5 years. I was glad to see it has done some changes to keep up with the times. The food courts new modern look is way better than it was. It is a family friendly mall with the indoor playground. My babies are too young to enjoy these fun features but we will be back in the future. As far as store selection goes they are pretty average nothing special. They have no high end stores and I like to buy investment pieces for my wardrobe. I would rather shop in Chicago, Philly. or NYC. But if your looking for average clothes this is your spot. read more

This mall does not always have the best stores in my opinion. The mall also does not have any place to get coffee, which would be helpful for holiday shopping! Do yourself a favor, cross the bridge, and go to Kenwood or Liberty Center. read more

Fun place to hang out and spend some $, plenty of interesting shops and interesting wears to be had. When I'm in Florence I usually always make a stop here for a lil while. It's easy to get caught up and end up spending way more than you had planned lol but it's always a good time. Occasionally there will be a new shop open or something little will change. Pretty cool place. read more

My experience at the Florence mall was a nightmare. After hours they are infested with cockroaches around the elevator. During regular hours the mall cops harass and hunt down mall employees who did not park in the correct parking spot. They told me I would have to park in the back of the parking lot even if I am not working that day. Technically I would be a regular customer on my off days, yet they are still telling me I have to park in the employee parking or my car will get towed away. This is has been the worst experience I have ever had at a mall. The mall cops care to much about parking, but not the cockroach infestation or the troubled kids who steal from stores and make my store a mess. Thank you for focusing so much on the people who bring customers into this crappy mall. read more

I'd rather shop here than Kenwood any day. Reasons: 1) most of the stores are affordable to us working and paying the bills people 2) it's got a variety of stores whether you want some wine or want a new mattress you can shop here and find it. 3) the public restrooms are just as nice as Kenwood, maybe not as fancy...but still very nice. 4) the food court has a lot of choices & a carousel. 5) nice play area for the kiddies. read more

They have a decent store selection, but traffic around the mall is crazy!

The only reason i go to this mall is because it's convenient. The traffic by the mall is horrible! The store selection in the mall is boring. It consists of the basic stores like Macy's, jcpenny, American eagle, Abercrombie. There are no unique stores for women's clothing which is unfortunate. The food court is the usual food court like at any other mall. The only cool thing about this mall is the carousel. read more

Cool place to hang with your friends and drop some bands. This is the best place for kids to since there is a kids place there. Also H&M is super cheap and has some dope clothes. read more

This place keeps re=inventing itself. I recently saw a photo taken there from back in the late 80's and wow, the memories. This place has really done well keeping up with the times. I must say it's one of the busier malls and it's maintained it's identity as a large mall instead of switching to a strip mall. I love that I have the ability to comparison shop, and then go hit up the stores where the item was cheapest, all without stepping food outside. You also have the advantage of finding those perfect little stores that you would never have thought to go in, but when you walked by it at the mall something caught your eye. read more

Florence Mall is a great mall to run into when I just need to make a stop at a particular store.

This mall is just okay. It's nothing fancy but it has all the basics. The bathrooms are normally clean. Not a high end mall but worthy of a visit if you are in the area. There is a few fun things for the little kids. They have a play area, train, and a merry go round. read more

I did an earlier review and said this mall was 'so-so"but now I have to say don't go. The bathrooms are consistently filthy. The downstairs bathrooms have been absolutely gross for over a year but now the upstairs bathrooms near the food court are gross too. Toilets don't flush half the time. No one cleans so there is a build up of nasty stuff on floors and toilet seats. If you have to go to this mall, use the bathrooms in the anchor stores. Nauseating. read more

Florence has a good solid mall... possibly the best mall in the area other than Kenwood! I didn't see many vacant stores here, if any. Florence still has Abercrombie & Fitch and Gap, stores that have since left Tri-County. It's pretty easy to navigate, with escalators at each wing. One odd configuration is that Macy's is split into two stores: the main apparel store, and a separate home store (furniture, linens, housewares, etc.) Currently, the central mall elevator is undergoing re-construction, so if you need an elevator, you have to go into one of the department stores. One highlight is the food court, a newer renovation, where there's a great selection, including Gold Star, McDonald's, Currito Express, Dairy Queen. There's also a double-decker carousel at the food court. Considering that I live in Springdale, Florence Mall is not someplace I'd go out of the way to shop, but I think it's a darn nice mall! It'd be nice if Apple opened a second store here to take the pressure off Kenwood, that'd be nice, but I won't hold my breath. read more

Yesterday we walked in through the food court-for the record this was a weekday and the mall was pretty empty-and I had to use the restroom. As some of you know my health isn't the best, and I have to have a personal restroom sometimes. I use these "family" bathrooms ALL the time and I have never once been denied access. (Actually I can't say I've ever been denied access to any bathroom before even in high school when we all had to ask just to take a pee.) That was until yesterday when I was told the bathrooms were for family's only. Now I can see why they would have a huge problem if there was a line.. but there's literally THREE family bathrooms and NOT ONE was occupied. I pressed the button to get in three times and all three times I was denied access until finally I yelled at them (not like me), and they finally let me have access to the bathroom after 10 minutes of them saying no. I was really upset because at this point I was thinking about people struggling with gender identity and health issues and how they have no "permission" to use the personal bathrooms at the Florence Mall because they don't have children so I called the number on the sign.. and they were ridiculous rude. Telling me that I looked too young and didn't have family to occupy me. I don't know who runs the bathrooms, if it's security or whomever, but the person that monitored them yesterday doesn't deserve that job title. I go to this mall at least once a week but I'll make the trip to the mall up north so I can use the restroom as I please while I shop. read more
