In fact, they actually advised us NOT to do certain services through them because we had more affordable options available. Planning & Flexibility: We had so much fun at our tasting, and they made excellent recommendations for seasonal dishes that would appeal to all our guests, including those with dietary restrictions. They were also incredibly flexible--they even added a super last-minute coffee and tea service for not much more than it would have cost us to orchestrate ourselves, which was a huge hit with our slightly more mature crowd who wanted to make it to the after party! Day-of Service: On our wedding day, the entire staff was warm, thoughtful, and kind. We were handed champagne the second we appeared! They worked with us with what we envisioned and we trusted them to deliver the best. They were easy to talk to and were very responsive with phone calls and emails. We were able to have in-person meetings with them as well. Our wedding was in Long Beach, CA and we live in So Cal. We received demo photos for approval prior to wedding. The floral arrangements were top notch. Definitely worth it! We had a wedding package with them and were able to add on items right before the wedding. We had bridal flowers (boutonnieres, bouquets, corsages), ceremony flowers, flowers for the aisle, and table centerpieces, We added later fresh flowers on the cake and flowers in the napkins. (Note: We had about 19 tables and 200 guests.) They delivered the bridal flowers at the hotel prior to the wedding and set up the floral arrangements at our venue.
