The older, gray haired woman, who delivered flowers in my apartment comlex pulled up behind my car, where I was unloading my groceries. She asked me where that apartment was where she needed to deliver and I showed her. I assumed, she will move her van and park at one of the empty parking spot just a few feet from the middle of the driveway, where she stopped and blocked my car. But she decided not to park, but went and delivered the flowers. I knew which apartment she went so I asked her to move her van, so I can park in my parking spot, but she completely ignored me. Even after she had seen ,how upset I was, she kept talking to that tenant, taking her time. This business needs to instruct their delivery people not to be a nuisance to the public,because just because they are delivering, it doesn't mean they are special and can just park anywhere they like. Especially as in this case, there was plenty of parking spot just a few feet from where this woman stopped. I know something, I will never recommend this business to anyone in the future.

I contacted her unsure of what we wanted. She was so sweet and patient which was so appreciated given the circumstances. Everything was so smooth and easy. She even included horsetails with the PNW look, something that is very unique and not typically part of any arrangements that I have seen. I wanted them delivered to my wife at work for her birthday surprise. She was scheduled 10AM to 3PM. When they were not delivered by 2:20, I called to follow up. I was told that they would be there in 10 minutes, even if the store employee had to walk it to the location. They didn't arrive until after 3. I told my wife she could not leave until something arrived. While she did need to wait, she absolutely loved them.
