I ordered a floral delivery online today and the beautiful arrangement was delivered within about an hour! I will continue to support this wonderful local business in the future.

I had ordered funeral flowers From Avas Flowers 2 weeks prior to Jan 24, paid extra for Rush delivery, called to make sure they could arrive before services. Well they didn't. My Ex wife texted me saying no flowers here. I called the CS line . 2 hours trying to get answers. Nothing. Demanded refund. Got this florist here from Ex wife, said maybe send to home of living spouse. So I called 3:36 pm. Explained my dilemma, without me even thinking about having them delivered within a hour . Frankly next week was my expectation. Nice woman said tell me how much ya wanna spend and we will get these there in a hour. Holy F? Really? Gave CC. She sent pic of arrangement when done and delivered them. I heard that it was a big surprise and Spouse was very happy. That's how American businesses were built ! Service, integrity,quality, work ethic, appreciation and dedication. Obviously I live far away from here, but if I was a local? We visited friends in Redding for a birthday celebration. Found this place through Yelp. We walked in & were greeted with friendly smiles. Lots of green plants. Fresh flowers were not available for selection. But, the florist and staff showed several pre-made flower arrangements. They're very accommodating; and, we got what requested, white colored flowers. Then, I saw white Dalia and asked to add onto the bouquet. The florist said the Dalia would not be charged since it had been opened for 4-5 days. It came out Amazing!! Thank you for the beautiful flowers!!

I Was hesitant to order online but after reading reviews and seeing photos , I went ahead and placed an order. I'm so happy I did! These flowers are really beyond my expectations. Online ordering was easy . I called next day to check in and Katie was very nice , I asked for a photo to be sent to me before delivery and that was no problem. My husband sent me flowers today for our anniversary and I have to say the arrangement is absolutely stunning and smells amazing but I was shocked that he sent me roses. When I sent him a thank you text with an image of the flowers he was upset that the company sent roses, he said he specifically requested NO roses. So, as beautiful as the flowers are, the order was not correct. Still a good anniversary though! read more

This is my go to place for flowers in Redding. Their creations are always eye catching, and beautiful. I am so impressed with the service Floranthropist gave us. I rang for a bouquet delivery and within and hour and a half, my sister in Redding had received it! If I could give them 100 stars I would! I have ordered a handful of times from the Floranthropist, and a glowing review is long overdue. I was in a huge bind on getting some very special flowers sent and every florist was sold out - including the Floranthropist. They saw my message, immediately responded that they were happy to add my last minute order to their packed schedule and had someone call me to personally take my order by phone. We searched all over Redding for a decent florist and finally stumbled onto Floranthropist, and oh my gosh were we so happy! The second we walked into their beautiful shop the amazing staff greeted us so lovingly. I have used Floranthropist twice over the past couple months & both times they did a breast job! They delivered two different bouquets for me (same day). The flower arrangements were beautiful & since I do not live in the area I requested they text me a picture of the bouquets before they went out in case I may like to make any changes & they said no problem! Beautiful flowers, delivered very early.... Very happy. My daughters 19th birthday is today snd she's in college in Redding: I'm of course sad I can't be with her. I want to send her flowers that show that she is loved. She loves flowers, and I went on Yelp yesterday looking for a good flower location in Redding. Basically, in all my experiences sending flowers in the past from literally anywhere else located anywhere I'm never really happy... I told Katie she liked sunflowers and she totally made a small arrangement look very beautiful. Normally whatever I pay at other places I feel ripped off. This time I feel like the price was fair, and there was actual work and beautiful flowers in the arrangement. My daughters response to me was "OMG MOM THESE ARE FROM THE FLORANTHORPIST! I'VE ALWAYS WANTED FLOWERS FROM THERE!! THEY'RE THE BEST FLOWER SHOP IN TOWN!!" Well the Yelp reviews told me that. I'm so glad Yelp exists for people out of town to know who's really the best. I am utterly blown away with my entire experience with Floranthropist. I live in another state and sought to support a local business to send flowers to my best friend in Redding. So thankful I found them. Ordering was so easy and I simply left a couple notes to describe what I was hoping the arrangement to be and they FAR EXCEEDED my expectations! Firstly, Lauren, who was delivering the flowers contacted me to find a time when someone was sure to be at the location for delivery; as to not leave the flowers outdoors in the heat. If you are looking for something unique and special, this is your place!!! I've used FTD/1800flowers in the past, but got bored with the looks of their arrangements. Carnations and roses again????? Floranthropist not only followed my directions of using pink flowers, they exceeded my expectations by using unique flowers and greens that I would have never even considered using. Daughter ordered flowers for Mothers Day. They were delivered on Tuesday. Leaves had obviously been chewed on by insects and also had wilted flowers. As someone whose family used to grow flowers professionally for our local florists this is absolutley unacceptable. Would not recommend. read more

I have never been more impressed with a florist in my life! I didn't even hear of these guys until recently because my boss sent flowers to my house along with his condolences. Of all the flowers that were sent to my house, these flowers lasted the longest and looked the classiest and most beautiful. So when it came time to choose a florist for my Moms memorial service we definitely went with these guys. They were so respectful and honoring during the entire process. They had beautiful ideas and really took our small vision and made it into something that exceeded our wildest dreams. We hired Floranthropist to make an "extra large" spray for a Celebration of Life. It *might* be considered large, but in no shape of the imagination was it "extra large". Very disappointed and we are a LARGE fraternal organization who was looking for a permanent "go-to" florist as we have many weddings, baby showers, celebrations of life, retirement parties, birthday parties, etc. They did deliver in time and the flowers do look fresh. read more

Floranthropist did the flowers for my wedding May 4th and the entire experience was beyond amazing. From the first contact Katie was amazing. I live in Chico and the wedding was in Palo Cedro, at first I was worried about planning a wedding from out of town and figuring out the flowers. Forget FTD!! This place is unreal. They don't have a generic selection online, like every other flower delivery place I saw, rather , I just called and told the nice lady my sister's personality and the occasion (post neck surgery), the decor of her home, Etc, and the most glorious perfect bouquet you could ever imagine arrived. They delivered in the early iAM so the birthday flowers could be enjoyed all day. The recipient was surprised and thrilled. My mother passed away, and we needed funeral flowers on very short notice. After reading online…read morereviews, I tried another florist and they said we aren't able to get very many flowers. Then, I called Blumen Luneas and they were so accommodating. I told him I didn't want the typical funeral flowers of lilies, carnations, etc. and we wanted more roses, peonies, etc., and Patrick, who we spoke with said, "oh you want like a garden style." We told him that is exactly what we want and we sent him Pinterest pictures. We wanted special vases that we purchased. We sent him a picture and he said he could do that no problem and then he came to our house to pick up the vases. I spoke with him on Monday and the funeral was on Friday and Thursday was New Year's Day. The flowers absolutely blew us away. We were so pleased. And, their prices were very reasonable. We highly recommend Blumen Luneas for your floral needs. You won't be disappointed.

The floranthropist runs a beautiful business! Her flower arrangements are the flowers of dreams. She combines the best of natural, local beauty with incredible florist flowers. Some of her arrangements have the stunning quality of a renaissance still life, others the ethereal beauty of a wildflower bouquet. I just had the most amazing flowers done by them for my grandpa's funeral. I told them what I was looking for and my price range. They even went above and beyond to find blue flowers because that was his favorite color. They delivered them to the funeral home and had them there and set up before anyone even showed up. He went home a little earlier than expected, but the delivery person called me to get the address and had no problem going to the second location. She was so kind.
