I really dislike leaving negative reviews but I truly feel ripped off by Floral Diva after not being able to send flowers from my regular florist during COVID-19. I wanted someone near Bradford that had delivery and spoke to the owner myself stating what I wanted and that it was a special delivery for someone who had just received surgery. I know what flowers I can get with the budget I had but they filled up the bouquet with ferns and greens and only added a few cheap blooms like couple of gerbera daisies, hydrangeas and tulips poking out. When I called to ask about the quality of the bouquet and how I was disappointed all the owner said was "I sorry you feel that way." Nice. In all honesty a bouquet from a grocery store would have looked more elegant and put together. First and last time I'm ever ordering from them. read more

Be careful when ordering online through this company. I ordered a bouquet of flowers online for my Mom's birthday. They called me two days later to say that I was flagged & the information I provided online was false and i was committing fraud. I don't know where they got this from. I have used the same information to purchase online and i never encountered a problem. I emailed and called several times to the business but they kept on blaming me. The person i was talking/emailing would not provide their name. I called my credit card company they said that Floral Diva has processed my order and I was charged for the flowers. I obviously disputed this charge since I cancelled my order & no flowers were delivered. I ordered from another florist with no issues. read more

I ordered a Forever Rose in purple to celebrate my friend's retirement. The photo on the site showed a bright and cheery shade of purple. I ordered over a week in advance to have the rose delivered to the office for my friend's last day, but I received a call in the morning telling me my order was not a priority and she needed an alternate address so she could deliver the rose to my friend's house in the evening. The rose my friend received looked nothing like the rose posted on the website. It was so dark it was nearly black and was not a suitable colour for a cheerful occasion. The rose itself was far more closed than the open bloom advertised. When I called to ask if it was possible to get a brighter colour, the lady was very rude over the phone and insisted the flower was a suitable shade of purple compared to the one on her website and said that all the purple roses looked the same. When I asked if it was possible to exchange it for a different, brighter colour, I was told that it would be a $30 delivery fee. I do not feel that I received anything close to what was advertised and the unwillingness to make things right reflects poorly upon the company. Overall, from product to service, it was a disappointing experience all around and I cannot recommend using this floral company. read more

Recently, I ordered three arrangements for my uncles funeral and we were embarrassed. We were loyal customers of Romano florist and when Floral by Diva's purchased Romano a few years back, the services dropped dramatically. It's unfortunate as we were customers of Romano florist for almost 30 years and have never been disappointed. When we expressed our disappointment with one arrangement in particular, we were told that is was the largest and nicest - it was the largest, with lots of greens and minimal flowers. No discount was offered; we were told they would do better next time - Unfortunately, there will never be a next time. We will be looking for another florist to service our loyal needs. Do not order flowers from here - you will be disappointed for what you pay. read more

Worst experience in my life. My best friend was having a horrible weekend and her husband was out of town so I said to myself let's do something nice and let's send her flowers from him because he's unable to do it where he is. Did I night before it's now 5pm haven't even had curtousy to call and say they weren't coming, said they send an "email" at 9am never happened. I understand I have an American phone that you have to press one before or won't work but there was an alternate number that she now claims also didn't work. Then after being upset I say have you refunded my money. She says no it's now a long weekend and won't be refunded until Tuesday then takes 5-7 business days. How ridiculous is that, if they knew they werent sending at 9am why did they not instantly refund the money. Now I have to call my bank as this is fraud and try and get the 130 I spent on NOTHING never use these people they can not deliver even when it's a simple bouquet of roses. HORRIBLE read more
