I booked the Allora Signature package and spent the entire day relaxing and enjoying every service. Next time in town, I will definitely book another Allora spa day. The only change that would have made my experience better is if I did not have to leave the room. Between services, you exit the room and sit in a chair located in a small hallway until the next service. It would've been better and more relaxing, as the client, to stay in the room for all services. Understandably, the spa is small and they do their best to ensure comfort despite the necessary merry go round. This is NOT a deterrent from returning by any means but it did catch me off guard. Gratuity is added and given to an each team member. My appointment was scheduled over the phone which allowed me to customize a service included in the package. A deposit is required at booking and the remaining balance after appointment.

I booked the Allora Signature package 5 hours of services at over $600 and left feeling like I'd…read morepaid premium prices for a below-average experience. It started at check-in. They ask you to arrive 20 minutes early, but there's no reason to: no tour, no walkthrough of the services, no robe, no changing room offered, no one even pointed out the restroom. I was handed a drink and told to "go down the hall, take a right" to the tea room. No escort at a supposed luxury spa. My 90-minute massage started 5 minutes late and ended 13 minutes early. I paid for 90 minutes and received 72. Back in the tea room, another guest's child was playing in the candy, the fountain, and the drinking water while I waited another 10 minutes past my scheduled time. The facial was not the anti-aging facial described just basic rubbing and dermaplaning, delivered after I could hear staff gossiping in the lobby. The "hand and foot treatment" was a dry rub with exfoliation gloves before strapping on lotion-filled gloves and booties. The scalp massage was so perfunctory I asked the technician to stop and end the service early. It felt like they were padding out the clock to make up for time shaved off everything else. Think Massage Envy at triple+ the price. If you're considering the top-tier package here, don't. There is nothing signature or luxury about it.

If you have the Rosen black card you get 25% off services, or if you have a specific room rate (which we did). We did a couples massage which cost the price of the individuals each but also includes a glass a champagne (actually prosecco). When you arrive you go back into the ladies or men's lounge and are given a personal locker and a robe w/ slippers to change into. There are drinks and snacks available while you wait. They also have bathrooms, showered (with items if needed like tooth brush, razor, etc.), changing rooms, a hot tub, iced towels, and blow dryers. My masseuse was Chris and he was wonderful! I wish I had done more than a 50 minute because he really was working out my issues. I liked that the massage chair seemed to be able to adjust without needing pillows too. After the massage we did decide to shower there, which offered a nice private shower. With your service you get access to the spa area for the whole day, so you can take advantage of the hot tub, snacks, and I believe the outside pools. We had things planned so we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub, but it looked nice. If money wasn't an object I'd definitely go here more often!

I've been going to Allora for several years for massages and they're fantastic!…read more I highly recommend Kiara as her hands are literal magic. My back feels amazing whenever she's done with me. Their membership tiers are very fair and comprehensive. I love that the unused monthly vouchers can be rolled over to the next month and stacked for multiple services. It's also super convenient that there are no contracts and cancellation is easy. Even though they're downtown, parking is nice because, thankfully, they provide validated garage parking; though the spots there are kinda small and can fill up if you go at busy times. I love that they also have multiple locations, so you can go to whichever location is most convenient. If you're looking to treat yourself to a spa day, I cannot recommend Allora enough.
