Robbie and his father went out of their way to make sure I got a brand new better floor and took care of it. They stopped selling the product that I initially bought because of my situation. They are a stand-up family owned and operated business that really went out of their way to help me in my situation. They didn't have to, but they did. They stand by their products and go out of their way to help. I highly recommend RPS Carpet and Flooring to everyone and anyone who needs to replace or newly install flooring. They have a huge selection and like I said, are men of their word. I couldn't be happier with the new product that was just installed in place of the first one I chose. Leah A.

We were given a price and the contract was signed that same day! The agent came the next week to measure her floor for the exact measurements and once Chris had the info he called back & the price did change by about $1k but still an excellent price! She put a deposit down when we first went there then paid the rest of invoice when they scheduled the installation. We don't know time frames for ordering products but it took over a month before she got another call to schedule the install. The installers came yesterday & were very professional & did a good job. They even matched up the molding coming into the kitchen & around cabinets and walls and it was perfect. It did take all day but overall great work and again the floor looks amazing.

He agreed to do it, set up an appointment 3 weeks in advance and told me he would be there between 9 and 10am. The morning of the appointment he calls 9am asks what we are doing today, which was a surprise. Then proceeds to have a problem with part of it. Then says he has to unload some stuff then take his wife to the store. I call him back at 10am, having not heard from him. He tells me then that his friend is stranded with an expired license and he needs to go get him. When asked when he would arrive at this point. His response was he did not know, maybe an hour, maybe two. I traveled an hour and a half to meet him at my mothers former home and had several things planned that day that were dependent upon getting this done. Rather than wait and have everyone else wait until an uncertain time 4 to 5 hours passed the promised arrival, I cancelled. This was the most weasel like business experience that I have had in many years. If you have a house full of stuff you want to pay him a bunch of money to take and you have total flexibility, he is probably a good choice. But if you need to depend on someone in a chain of events, you better look elsewhere. I sure will. I had to go back to the people I recommended him to and amend my recommendation. This man Jerry not only caused me to waste a day but 3 weeks of planning and part of other people's day. He did me a great disservice,
