If you live anywhere outside of Brampton, don't bother making your purchase from Gracious. I live in Waterdown and was getting Vinyl floor installed for my entire main floor. When we were making the purchase, we were promised that since they are doing the install, they guarantee the install and will pick up any cost from damages. I even had to pay $300 for the distance on top of everything else. They hire international students to do the installs, and it shows. I even made their life easy by having the install done before moving in so they had no furniture to move around. After they left, I came across issues in their installs and have been chasing after them to get the issues fixed but it's the same excuse every time. Their excuse is because I live too far and that they keep telling their installer but they don't want to come out. Then why did I pay $300??? It's not like I live extremely far, just next to Burlington. With this level of service, don't expect them to give you any service after the transaction is complete. Make sure you go over their install before completing the transaction. I've attached only some of the pictures to show you the level of their amateur install. Some of them didn't even click into place properly and move around. Others were damaged because they pushed it too hard. Their installers are not employees but rather contractors regardless of what they try to tell you. An employee would not have an option not to go to a customer's house to fix an install, a contractor would.

No one will let me talk to the owner. I have a disabled son who needs vinyl or hardwood floors as he can't use his walker on carpet. The damage to his feet is so insane. We're now going to be moving into this house without flooring. I'm beside myself. I've never been so screwed by a company. My heart is broken, they took every cent we had and ran with it. We don't matter anymore now that they have taken our money. The installer said in twenty plus years he's never seen anything like this and said it's so bad, that that are defective. He ended up writing a letter in hopes to help us. this company wasn't willing to honour their warranty or help. a lot of phone tag and court issues.
