A truly outstanding customer service experience…read more I had wanted to replace my sofa, and was willing to invest in something custom. It was a mixed bag of experiences visiting other local furniture and design stores, and it was almost on a whim I gave Kendall & Co., a call -- I'm so glad I did! From that initial phone call, through the consultation, the ordering, and the delivery, every aspect of this journey was top-notch (even given the challenges of supply chain issues these days). The designer I worked with, Kevin, was knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to deal with (as was every member of their team throughout the process). And every step of the way I was increasingly confident I had made the right decision in trusting them with the design and creation of my new couch. The couch was delivered today and it has exceeded every expectation I had. Kendall & Co., will be my first recommendation to friends and family (and even random strangers) when they ask where they should go to check out great interior decor and furniture.

After quotes from several other companies, we decided to go with Kandy Flooring because we loved their product and because of their knowledge of condo regulations which the competitors did not have. We were hesitant about the grass option, but Doug let us try out a large piece of it , and subsequently we decided to go for it. Are we ever glad we did! the splash of green really adds to the beauty of our terrace. Thanks Doug, Kelly, Joe, Richard, and the rest of the Kandy Team for making our outdoor spaces so beautiful!
