I intended to write an amazing review for the team of Adam, Mark and others at this company. I can…read moreagree with other reviews in that they were fast, efficient, tidy, clean and were pleasant to deal with until sadly....they were not. We were assured by Mark that if we needed anything at all they prided themselves on customer service and coming back to do things right! We were dealing with insurance at the same time and when we reached out to the company, specifically Mark and Adam we received the run around for weeks about getting us the report we needed for insurance. We attempted many times via telephone calls between Mark and my partner, but he refused to provide any details to the Insurance company. When Adam stepped in to help resolve the issue, he was cooperative at first and asked to have a joint call but then fell silent when we attempted to follow up with him for several weeks to schedule said call to settle the issues. Unfortunately we spent of $12K to have our basement fully waterproofed but when we needed them to have our back and provide the necessary information to Insurance, they fell extremely short of their intended promises to help their customer. I truly hope no one else receives this same service moving forward. Mark and Adam, we are still hoping you return our emails and calls to resolve this issue.

Rachid was supposed to arrive at my residence for a quote between 12 and 1pm. He was a no show,…read morebut I gave him the benefit of the doubt and continued to wait, watching my phone like an imbecile for an additional 45 mins. I decided to contact his Wife via email. She advised me that he was stuck on site and that he would be contacting me. A short time later, I advised her that I had not received a call from him and that I had things that I had to get done as well. Lone behold, 3 hours later I finally received a call from Rachid, but he didn't leave voicemail. His wife advised me that he had been trying to get a hold of me many times throughout the day, which was the biggest lie of the day as well. I had the call log (or lack there of), no voicemails, no emails and no texts from Rachid. If he had been trying so hard to get a hold of me, certainly he would have left a message? Anyway, I can deal with late, but I can't deal with someone trying to pass the blame onto me when they have wasted my day for trying to put money in their pocket. Stay clear of these guys. I'm pretty sure their reviews are NOT authentic. His wife apologized and said goodbye. All that for being patient and putting up with someone's nonsense.

Rachid and his crew are always pleasant, hard-working, and innovative, excellent at problem-solving and handling those issues that crop up when you least expect it. The biggest job I had with them was for a client who was out of the country while his renovation went on. My client fully trusted me and domilya group to handle everything in his absence and the job was a grand success when my client returned home from Florida in the spring. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Chuck was knowledgeable, patient and took the time to find out what we needed. His team took care of us during the entire process. They communicated what to expect and replied to all our questions. They called me ahead of time to ask if they can deliver earlier than schedule and they were simply super respectful and cheery on the phone - which is the kind of calls you want to get early morning :-). It's not very frequent that you come across people delivering products who seem to enjoy what they do. They delivered a sectional sofa and they were very careful to navigate the pieces to ensure they don't damage anything. They asked politely if they can wash their hands as they rather not dirty the sofa. I think their names are Tim and Lucas if I remember correctly. I want to thank them so much for executing an excellent job! I highly recommend Home Installers! :-)

Disappointed with this service. I had several shelves/ mirrors/ pictures put on the wall by the…read morecompany. The floating shelves in the washroom were hung flimsy and became unsafe- the nails popped out within a couple of weeks. The shelves are decorative with no weight on them at all. I called the company back and asked for a follow up visit. When Arthur came the second time, I showed him that the nails were easily coming out of the walls in all three shelves. His reply was that this was fine and as long as there is no weight on the them, the nails will hold the shelves on the wall. I informed him that since this was the children's washroom, I was concerned that the shelves will fall and injure one of them. With that, Arthur immediately rehung the shelves with sturdy and safe hardware. Overall, I found the service unfriendly and expensive for the lack of quality it offers.
