But my contractor could not install it due to some unforeseen circumstances. When we opened the boxes months later we noticed that the refrigerator was missing. I did not expect anything from the company since it was my fault most probably that I did not check the shipment correctly or the refrigerator was stolen or something else. I still contacted with the company just to ask them if they could check if they sent the item. They checked and confirmed that it was sent. But surprisingly they sent me a replacement free of charge as a compliment. The customer service by BHARATI was very timely, effective, courteous and responsive. She called me and sent emails enough times about this ticket and for other purchases I placed later and a couple delivery problems. I don't know about the products' quality or durability as they are still not installed but I am very confident if I have further problems the company will stand by their products. I was irritated but agreed to the following Saturday (today, 7/25/2026). An hour before the scheduled time for the install I received a text that they couldn't come today. My wife and kids are on a vacation that I didn't go on because I needed to be here. The man that scheduled the install is very unresponsive and gets back to you days later after you reach out to him. I never felt any 'upsell' pressure nor were there any surprises in the pricing or timeline. The array of options and finishes was considerable, to say the least! The trades workers were very skilled and extremely professional and were able to solve the inevitable hiccups in any project. They took great care to protect my flooring and furniture. The price was as expected, and the work was completed in a quickly and efficiently. They put more effort on marketing and commenting on reviews than they do in the quality of their work. At the end of 4 stressful months they pressured me with a disclosure agreement saying I could not claim any issues with their work and or post any negative reviews online or they would fine me $1000 per review. That is the opposite of "exceeding customer expectations" which they claim in their marketing and responses to comments. I did not sign the agreement. It makes me sad to think of how many people must have signed this form scared of the consequences or unwilling to pay the $300 I paid to go see a lawyer for advice. I would therefore argue their online reviews should be considered with caution. To summarize the issues, poor quality work and unprofessionalism: * Terrible project management and scheduling of work * Workers regularly being late or not showing up * Rework of tiles and interior brickwork required * Lack of protection on site after promising multiple times to cover in plastic * Lack of communication throughout the project * Inflation of plumbing and electrical hours charged * Violated electrical codes by covering a switch box in the kitchen with tile
