Having worked with laminate flooring myself, I found that odd, not to mention unprofessional. Within a month, i.e., by October 2020, the vinyl plank had snapped like a cracker right by the entry door. I called Mark Mateev, emailed him, texted him - all to no avail. I called the local office of floor coverings international and later called the national office - again, no response. Before hiring Mark, I recall asking about the other review on this site about their poor customer service and he dismissed it saying the parts took a while, but he had fixed their problem. Based on his experience with me, clearly I was had.
