He guided us throughout the whole process and was super responsive. We ended up sanding/staining our steps, and replacing our floors to hardwood. From the initial steps of giving us advice on our floors to helping us meet our timeline for completion, he was awesome to work with! Our floors came out beautiful and we can't thank him enough! Although we hit a few hiccups along the way, Marko was able to handle them professionally and resolve everything in a timely manner. Our floors took about a week from start to finish. I would highly recommend Marko and Magnus Flooring for your flooring project!

I feel like I have to leave a review because real customer service doesn't get recognized like it…read moreshould and my experience with this store was something you just don't seem to get these days. I visited rug depot after I had researched the floor I wanted for my new addition and home reno. They were one of the few authorized dealers of this flooring in the area so I came in after work to see the samples. Rodney assisted me and I was blown away at how enthusiastic he was to help me. I'm an indecisive person but he was great at not swaying me one way or the other while giving me great feedback about each sample. I had gone to big name stores before coming here and the experience is completely different.... almost nostalgic. The way it used to be when people were passionate about what they did and truly cared about the product they were selling. At one point I asked if I could borrow some samples to see how they translated in my home and not only did Rodney oblige, he drove them to my house about 15 minutes away himself. Rodney is truly the best in the business and I'm so happy I stumbled upon him. He cares about his customers and it's so very clear in every interaction. I would recommend him to all my friends and will go to him for any floor needs.

I was wondering why no one reached out to give me a status update, so I called the owner. When I called him, he said he would call me back in a few minutes but never did. I was starting to get "fed up" and reached out again, and he started ignoring my calls. When I became totally fed up and left a voicemail of my displeasure, he then put me on automatic - voicemail. I was a loyal and dependable customer to them for years without any issues. I talked to my friend who referred me to Best Carpets and Interiors and I found out that the company's business practices are not what they used to be.
