From the start, communication with Rug Masters was excellent. I received a very competitive price quote, responses were prompt, and the turnaround time worked well for us. Jay arrived on June 2nd, right on schedule, to pick up the wool rug. After inspecting it, he discovered moth damage, which increased the cost for cleaning and restoration of the 9' x 12' rug from $480 to $600. Even with the additional repairs, his quote was still the best among the companies I contacted, and it included both pickup and delivery. The rug was returned to us on June 27th, and we were extremely impressed and satisfied with the results. The colors were vibrant, the mold spots and spores were completely gone, and the moth-damaged areas had been expertly repaired. The rug looked immaculate and beautifully restored. We are very pleased with both the quality of the work and the customer service. We would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them!

The synthetic rugs I ordered would arrive smelling of strong chemicals, and/or be greasy with whatever substance they sprayed on it. The natural rugs I ordered online, would be too scratchy and also odd smelling, the fibers too long and easily caught by my cat's claws. I arrived at the store in a mild crisis state as I was unhappy with the vinyl flooring selections our interior designer has recently picked out for the renovation of our house built during the Edwardian period. She picked this out because vinyl was "cost-friendly," but I quickly found out many great engineered hardwood sections that were cheaper and nicer looking than vinyl with TJ's help. TJ was chill, nice, and talked to my fiancé and me for two hours, educating us on engineered hardwood flooring and helping us pick out almost 4,000 sq ft of 4 different types of flooring for four different units to help us maintain the original beauty of the Edwardian building and stay under budget. I immediately sceduled an appointment. The 14thACG is located right next to Andronicos in the Sunset, so you can take care of your shopping while hitting the ATM to pay for your beautiful rug. We were welcomed into his apratment, which has some fastastic rugs on the inside. His wife was charming; reading his son Peter and the Wolf. We looked through the selection (about 15 rugs) and I absolutely fell in love with an Iranian chestnut, chocolate, and orange rug depicting boxes of obscure animals within each. It sounds odd, but it is gorgeous. In any case, the weaving was a bit faded in one part, so the 14thARG knocked off $50. It's 6 months later, and we couldn't be more pleased. This is a lovely antique!
