I was so impressed with the owner and his attention to detail and the quality and reputation of his company. When they started to set up, he wasn't happy with how the tent looked because it wasn't cleaned properly and showed some dirt marks. I noticed it, but before I even mentioned it, he had left to go pick up what looked like a brand new tent!!!!! It took him a bit longer to go and come back to my house, but he didn't care. That right there is taking pride in your work and the value and high quality you provide to your customers!! I was scrambling for an alternative vendor the day leading up to the event after prior vendor quoted me for a much higher price. Don quickly picked up the phone to gather what I needed. Later that day, he gave me a quote that was 65% more affordable than the previous vendor for the same canopy size with service included. On the day of, he and his crew arrived on time. They were well-equipped and the finished canopies looked solid. He could have charged me extra for side panels I initially requested but he assessed that they weren't needed and recommended that I forego them. Overall, this company delivers high quality tents, honesty and reliability.
