Stay AWAY from Rosser Catastrophe Services. Contacted me after storm damage to my roof. Turns out…read morethey do not do simple repairs but want to fight with your insurance company for a complete roof replacement. Their guy installed 1 tarp on the day of inspection and didnt bring a tall enough ladder to install the second so had to send out another guy to do the other tarp. The 1st guy installed a blue tarp and it pulled up after only 2 days. At least the second guy did a decent job and installed a black tarp. Of course, I get a letter from the HOA starting that the blue tarp is a violation. To add insult to injury, these jokers billed $425 for the installation of 2 tarps!!! How can you trust then to install a complete roof if they cannot install a simple tarp?!?!?!?

Unfortunately, we were uninsured at the time and weren't in a place to actually cover the repair cost. After walking through our fire ravaged home and seeking God in prayer I strongly felt like God was impressing upon my heart to rebuild. REBUILD? I did not have the know how or the financial means. Yet, in spite of those handicaps we stepped out on faith and I am thankful we did. The journey has been challenging, but not without reward. One of the greatest rewards has been seeing the Body (people) of Christ in action. I didn't know Jonathan or anything about his company. Yet upon learning of my families situation he and his staff stepped in to help. Thanks to the generosity and assistance provided by Rosser Roofing Solutions Team we are one step closer to returning home. Shout out to Jonathan, and some of his team Richard, Daniella, and Ty. Thanks for everything thing you guys did to make our new roof a reality. The Roof looks great and is in better shape then it was before. Blessings from the Harris Family PS. A water remediation company, which was overall pretty good, got a little overzealous on removing some paneling that they thought had water damage. We also discovered asbestos in the 60's mastic in the original linoleum beneath some carpet that had to be pulled up. I dragged my feet looking for a contractor because I'd seen horror stories on the local news, and I didn't know where to begin. My insurance adjuster asked if I had someone to do the work, and when I told him I didn't and needed help, he said they had a few that did good work and were honest. He brought Josh with him on his house visit. Josh looked at everything, had a few suggestions, noticed a few things that needed to be fixed/replaced that I had not, and then prepared the estimate. When we got the green light to move forward (after the asbestos work and having a plumber jackhammer our slab to replace pipes), Puro said they could start our work in a week, not months. A day later, we received a call that a crew was available the next day! Tim, Saul, and the team who did most of our project were friendly, courteous, detail-oriented, thorough, and really knew their sh#t. It was clear from the start that they were trustworthy such that we felt fine leaving the house while they worked. They went above and beyond to minimize the mess (drywall, hello?!), hang plastic, and sweep. Saul even painted a few extra feet of one wall because he wanted to be sure it matched well. Our project entailed re-drywalling and new flooring in our den, which came out great. Our guest room needed paint and trim work. Our small bathroom was a big piece of the work; it was a total redo. Puro's tile guy, Ben, really had his work cut out for him. His work was meticulous -- he's a true craftsman! The end result is #effingawesome! One of the benefits for us was Puro's relationship with the insurance company. They've clearly built credibility because when they realized the planned drywall wouldn't do the job, Puro worked directly with my insurance company to update the costs, no questions asked. The plumber's work on pouring cement over their handiwork required a diamond saw to even things out -- Josh made a call, and it was handled. There was not one issue with the insurance because of Josh! Shout out to the office staff, Heather and Jennifer. The entire team had great communication. Emails were answered quickly, and no question we asked was treated as dumb -- and trust me -- I'm sure we had some dumb ones! Josh also had great suggestions and ideas, many of which we went with, with great results. Special thank you to our great insurance company, Central Insurance (never thought I'd say that about an insurance company!), and their awesome adjuster, Coby Jackson. Without Coby, our experience and the eventual review could have been quite different. Bottom line: we had a 3-week (ish) renovation, which is probably small potatoes for Puro. However, we were always treated like royalty, as if ours was the most important project they had going on. The end result is 3 rooms that we love again! Disclaimer: yes, I'm a writer for a living, but no, I wasn't asked to write this review, nor did anyone pay me for it. In fact -- I didn't tell Puro I planned to post one! Take this for what it is, an honest recommendation that reflects our experience. If you check my reviews, you'll see I'm equal opportunity with both positive and negative reviews.

Their quarter century experience with USAA as a preferred vendor speaks volumes. They coordinated all materials, sub-vendors and navigated the land mine code and compliance, real and proposed, of Gwinnett County, in an extremely timely fashion. In an industry that is sadly the target of scams and scoundrels, Purofirst of Gwinnett stands tall, with integrity, thoroughness and a communications loop that should be the standard of the industry. No detail is overlooked. As a retired Naval officer, I know first hand that details, or lack of attention thereto, will cost lives, or leaky roofs. Thanks for the service. Will recommend them without hesitation.

I spoke with the owner, who took the time (on a weekend) to explain the process to me, answer my questions, and explain the difference between his service and the service I used to use (a major carpet cleaning chain). The price was very reasonable, the reviews were all positive, so I booked the appoitnment. Greg was my technician. He was right on time, and called me 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was almost at my house. He was super polite, professional, wore a mask, and seemed like someone who takes great pride in what he does. He said he specializes in major remediation work, like after a water heater bursting. From his demeanor, he's exactly who I would call in a nerve-wracking situation like that. He cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms, 1 hallway, and a walk-in closet for us. Our house smells great, and it's been 2 days and we still don't smell the dog odors, so we think he really resolved our issue. I would use this company again, especially for some of our fancier area rugs, and I would definitely recommend Duraclean to anyone. I don't have any pictures to upload because staining wasn't an issue for us. But if you could smell our carpets before and after, you'd be a believer!
