When they arrived they introduced themselves and explained exactly what was going to be done. They inspected our fireplace and recommended that they clean it which we would have done anyway. They inspected our whole fireplace and took some pictures for their report of things we need to think about in the next year. Our home is 21 years old so I am not surprised. We are very happy with the price of this service and felt we got a great deal. We now know with confidence we will be able to have a fire this upcoming season.

Stacy did a great job following up with me the next day so I decided I would give them a try despite the limited number of reviews. My 80 year old parents called them to come and repair their system. The tech came out and charged…read more250.00 and did NOTHING except tell them is couldn't be repaired. They were quoted 22,000 for a new system. I just happened to call while this was happening and they were in the process of filling out a credit application. I called my brother who lives close by to go and see what was happening. He sent them on their way after paying the 250.00 of course. He called another company ( D & W also in Covington) who simply added freon and it works perfectly. Be warned they will take advantage of older people if given the chance !!! not to mention the service manager and owner will not even return a call.
