I have been a Realtor for almost 15 years and have dealt with many vendors in the HVAC industry. Some have been good, some have been not so good. With Comfort Control, I have had techs here late at night, on weekends (Sunday too) and have never had to wait long for service. I always feel like they are honest and do what needs to be done at a fair price. That is very important to me. Second, I have referred them to a few of my clients and I have never had any of them express anything except complete satisfaction. Definitely not the norm but a satisfying reaction for me since I sent them:-) I had a client who had her air stop working in one of the hottest days of the year. She was watching her 10 week old grandson and was panicked. She texted me and I gave her their number.
