They were doing a poor job and leaving our yards in 10 mins and charging 89.00 each time. 50.00 to cut her yard. She was receiving bills for extra services and getting a half job with cutting her small yard. We both have as much weed as before. Mom chose to discontinue the fertilizer and weed treatment but chose to let them continue cutting her grass. They called and said they could no longer cut her grass. These crooks were supposed to be charging 50.00 to cut the yard every 2 weeks. She received a bill for 150.00. Stay away from these crooks. Taking advantage of an elderly woman is pathetic.

We weren't upset about that at first, but after being there for 5 minutes and realizing the lighting horrible, we DID ask if we could come back the next day for better lighting during the day. He said "No. if you would have asked before it wouldn't have been a problem. You probably didn't notice, but while you taking pictures a father had to pull his son out of the way and you ruined their Christmas tree shopping experience". (So why did we even ask then?! It's was honestly one of the most rude conversations from a company I've ever experienced. I understand him wanting us to ask, but the way he spoke to us was unprofessional.) After him telling us no we said okay thank you and walked away. When we got to our car our photographer was suggesting some other places for more pictures and the guy yelled at us from the middle of the field to the parking lot "There's no reason to be nasty about it." Our photographer said "I wasn't and I wasn't even talking to you. We're leaving" and he said "Fine I'm not talking to you either". I would like to add that besides the father and son that were there, we were the only people there. It's a cute place but don't take pictures here or you'll be asked to not come back.

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** I contacted Sundance after…read morebeing referred by a friend last November. I spoke to Blake once via the telephone to have my irrigation winterized. About two weeks later and several texts later Blake came out and "Disconnected" my back flow. He left the parts and a receipt for $125 stating he would be back in the spring to reconnect and also an address for me to send the check. March came and Blake answered my first call to come and reconnect my system. Well a couple of weeks passed and I could no longer get in touch with him. He stopped returning my calls and later replied via text...stating he had some kind of surgery and would be out in 3 days. I scheduled lawn maintenance to come out and plant some shrubs and seed my yard. To my surprise...no Blake and no irrigation system. I texted him again to see when he would come out...NO RESPONSE! Mid April come and I text him to see if he could move 2 irrigation lines for me and I got a response stating he could do the work for me. We set up a date and that was the last I heard for Blake aka Ghost...3 messages and 3 phone calls later he's still M.I.A. I had another irrigation company to come out this past weekend to reconnect my system only to find out it was never winterized. Water was still in the lines and the backflow parts were merely disconnected. No lines were blown out. Not only did this occur to myself but my friend as well.
